I signed up for a black membership in March 2022 and pause the account for two months because I had surgery. When I reopened the account it had me in under *not my name* and *not my gender* so I asked them to fix it, in person, via email and waited. And waited. And waited. 3 weeks later ....they still cannot fix the issue. ***** said he can close my account and re-open a new one waiving the fees with all of the new pertinent information. Ok - Cool. We did that. NOW I've been charged for both the new account and the old account. And they wont call or email me back.I initiated a chargeback and have blocked them from my card so they may never access it again. I also plan on filing a complaint with the BBB.Such a shame. I like the place and the classes but they just cant get it together enough on the back end.EOS Fitness

My aggravation is with the upper management not giving their location managers any power to serve their members. To little too late. And because I was blatantly ignored and blown off this is one less member and referral for EOS. How about the double billing issue? At this juncture I could care less about the name, that I have written off. I did not open another account just for giggles. I opened another account due to the recommendation of the manager on duty (*****) and was assured that things would be straight with out the extra charges etc.I have initiated a chargeback because of the lack of help.Review fromAnastacia G

Stay AWAY from the eos on ******** Hot Springs!!!! They have profiled me and my brother multiple times and stopped us but yet never stopped my white boyfriend or give him a hard time. they also tried to deny his guest pass even though we had billing EVIDENCE. Also took 100 dollars from me because they never once told me about my **** being due, i was there multiple times before someone told me. and she said and i quote they should of called you and i even checked my account incase the number was wrong and nope it was the correct number!!! so not only did she lie i had to go on a goose **** to even find the fees. Im sick and tired of the employees making us feel like we have to be on high alert every time we go to the gym. if i could give this gym 0 stars i would. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES.EOS Fitness

I went to EoS Fitness to do a trial (signed up for the 7-day online and have the email). When I came in I entered my basic info, explained my interest in a trial, and was directed to a team member to help me complete the process. He proceeded to 'give me a 14 day trial' for $1 and NEVER made it clear that he was actually locking me into a membership with an annual fee. I never returned after this first day, but when I called to cancel (well within my 'trial' date), I was informed that I was locked into a membership and would be charged $70. When I tried to address this (thinking it was a misunderstanding), I was spoken to in such an over-the-top way that I would never consider returning to this gym. The entire process felt so deceptive, and now every time I call to get an update on my request they say they'll call me back but never once have - all while I get charged more...EOS Fitness

I got a personal trainer for me and my sister in ********* with gym membership. Everything was going good until the personal trainer started cancelling on me and never rescheduled sessions with me. I contacted the gym saying i wanted all my membership and personal trainer cancelled. They never cancelled it and charged me . I went to the office to talk about it they said they couldnt cancel it due to the personal trainer. Then they emailed me saying I cannot cancel it unless there is a medical excuse or mive documentation or joining military. This is absurd I should have the right to cancel without getting charged for something I am mot using!!!!EOS Fitness

Aurora, we apologize that the trainer was not available for you at the scheduled times. I see that the local management team did cancel the membership and the PT account for you. Thank you for your patience.Review fromRyan O

Absolutely worst experience ever. They have stolen over 250 dollars from me. I have sat in their office for 2 hours trying to just get a manager to talk to me. ********************* literally refused to talk to me. After 2 hours of waiting I had called and had front desk leave messages for 4 weeks. Then I got ahold of *******************************. Who told me he resolved it. Woke up again to charges from EOS again. Clearly management and district leadership cannot do anything.EOS Fitness

I signed up for Eos about 3 months ago. I was happy and excited to start my fitness journey. While talking to the employees, I was recommended personal training. I had thought it was a good idea at the time because I had no motivation to work out by myself. I had signed the contract but unfortunately, I was misinformed on how hard the cancellation process was. Life hit me pretty hard in June and I was unable to pay every 2 weeks for the personal training, so I decided to freeze my account. While freezing my account, I still came into Eos regularly and found the motivation to workout by myself. I tried to cancel my membership because I simply cannot afford it anymore. $288 every month is too much for me and I cant pay for it. But apparently that is not a good enough excuse for them so they wont let me leave the contract. If anyone knows how I can get out of the contract, please let me know.EOS Fitness

I signed up online for *** on April 30, 2022. I went into my home location to have a representative assist me with the completion. I had gone to another location 24 times until June 28th when a representative stopped me about having a profile picture. I had expressed to them that I was not comfortable about having a profile picture on their system and it was never communicated that a profile picture was a requirement within the agreement I signed, the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy online or the rules and policies posted on the website or within the facilities to have a membership. Even the *** website says "*** collects your name, address, phone number, email address, and billing information for the purpose of providing use of the gym facilities."I was told that the picture is to make sure no one takes over my account and to verify I'm the person on it. However, the representatives were more than willing for me to wear sunglasses, a mask and a hat just for the picture. I asked, what was the point if my face was completely covered? What would they be verifying? They said, they just needed a picture on the profile. I asked if I was able to just show my ID at check in each ******** was denied. The assistant manager decided to cancel my membership because HE didn't want to accept a compromise or add a note to my account to verify my ID instead. He cancelled my membership and didn't even ID me to make sure I was the account holder. I had reached out to District Manager in hopes to get an exception with showing my ID, but was also denied. I really would like to keep my Membership, as I've been on a fitness journey with a friend and have been going so strong and we enjoy the equipment and facilities *** offers. However, a profile picture is the hill they are willing to die on. It's really upsetting that I just paid the annual fee and was cancelled two months later over a profile picture. Hope someone sees this and is willing to make an exception.EOS Fitness

As I have read the other reviews, my complaint(s) are identical. Obviously there is a problem. I went to the gym only to inquire, then approached by a pt for a tour. Sounds innocent, right? WRONG!!! First I was told that my son could come with me as a guest. I guess due to my sons *************** they assumed he was 18 or older. My son is thirteen, so I was then told he needs his own membership. I said fine, but Im not paying for 2 memberships & a pt! Keep in mind my cc information was already given. A week later Im being charged ****** when I clearly said that I did not want the service. I have called repeatedly since 05/02/22 with a charge of ****** every thirteen days since! Pt manager never available when I call, or its h*** call you back. Its 07/21/22 & I received the same response once again. Its *********** ********* robbery. I totally regret walking into the establishment.EOS Fitness

*** - ********. ***** I signed up for a membership at the *** on ranch road. I signed up just to work out but the one trainer Kallien started bringing up the personal training. Not realizing how much it really was, I tried to text her asking her how to cancel. She read my message but never responded. So I sent another message, still read it but didn't answer. So I called and she said she would freeze it, but she didn't!! I still got charged $300 which was my rent money. *************** me over and I couldn't afford rent. I have gotten no refunds for a gym I never once went to. I've lost $700 fro thus far and they have yet to cancel my monthly membership as well, even though I canceled this. I just want to not be charged anymore money for a monthly membership or the personal trainer. When I call I am always told that the manager will call me back and never does. Horrible horrible horrible.EOS Fitness

Snobby, always crowded, not enough equipment, lock you into contracts that you can't get out of, I'm not a member anymore but they are still trying to access my checking account for personal training. I had to lock them out and get a new debit card. No one knows how to stop them.EOS Fitness

****** we apologize for you experience. Not our intended path. However, I see that the team did cancel your PT agreement for you and also the membership. I am happy they were able to assist you and find a resolve.
