      EOS harassed me and then said, I could cancel personal training and regular gym, at any time, and told free sessions only to just try with trainers, and I was charged, after few days, and by manger over personal the highest membership with gym,,I called many times,,they said, I was cancelled on BOTH, since October 24, and then ACH drafted only 3 times, for regular *****, and many un authorised via bank debit card, up to approximately, totalling 2, ******, because, I believe them, and when found out they were collecting money and no service, I was told, can't cancel, then later oh cancelled only one then, another call, oh, your cancelled neither, then *** in bilking, said he'd keep billing, because of the managers want cancel me from both, then manger over personal trainer is deceitful, because was told NUMEROUS times, contacted I wanted to cancel them, PLUS now the General MNGR., Niayel *****, will not return my calls, and they said, he is authorised to refund, plus, ***, is the one in billing, and now went online, said membership number is cancelled, and **** still want refund, keep getting a run around, even with 30 days notice, they've had since OCTOBER 2024, for a notice.

      To whom it may concern, My daughter was very intimidated & felt harassed by a sales personal trainer that would not take no for an answer. She had to sign just to get her off her back. Now I have tried multiple attempts go cancel the contract. And I have gotten no where. This personal trainer sales **** failed to even f/up with her to even schedule the personal trainer for my daughters schedule. They just dropped the ball & never came back to talk to my daughter. But they are for sure taking monies automatically from her account. I have still try reaching the speak with the Manager ** *********** doesn;t return calls nor emails. I feel this is all a scam for single girls that go to the gym just to work out. This is so wrong & I need assistance to this matter.

      Avoid EOS Fitness at all costs! Very misleading when you want to cancel your membership. The contract states, in writing, a copy is due to signed the day of signature. I asked for a copy and was told it would be emailed. It never showed up because my email was spelled incorrectly. You can cancel within 3 days of signing, ( so they say) but you have to send a certified letter to corporate, who's address is on the contract. Deceptive Practices 100%. My husband signed a separate contract the same day. Funny, they misspelled his name too. He still doesn't have a copy of his contact. RUN AWAY!!!

      Horrible service! Wont let you cancel will keep make you go in circles when you want to cancel. Suggest avoiding EOS all together.

      I have repeatedly asked *** to freeze my membership because I am in school. Every time, Ive been assured it would be taken care of, but now I have lost over $40 being charged monthly without fail. This has been going on for several months, and Im beyond frustrated. Ive called, gone in person, and followed their instructions multiple times, yet nothing has changed.Not only is this unprofessional, but it also feels like Im being taken advantage of. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of accountability. I will be canceling my account immediately.

      Unresponsive Management, Dishonest Billing Practices, and Poor Customer Service!Ive had an extremely frustrating experience with EOS Boynton Beach regarding their personal training services. For several days, I have attempted to get in touch with their Personal Training Manager, ***** *******, to resolve issues regarding my account. Despite multiple emails and requests for a callback, Ive received no response. This ongoing lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering that Im being charged for sessions I never scheduled or attended. These sessions were incorrectly booked without my consent, and I was billed for them as missed appointments.Additionally, I first attempted to cancel the PT Service when the gym first opened before I EVER booked a session and was advised to speak with another manager, ******* ******, who was dismissive and rude from the start. His attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue only added to the frustration. It took ME having to chase and chase to even actually get a trainer and to book because I had no other choice to finish out my contract. All Ive asked for is confirmation of my cancellation and a clear breakdown of the remaining sessions on my account. Ive provided documentation of my communication attempts and my own record of expected sessions yet Im still being ignored.This experience has been incredibly disappointing and feels intentionally evasive. I urge management to take accountability, communicate with members, and stop taking advantage of customers through poor internal systems and dishonest ********** yourself a favor and don't let their sales men convince you to sign up for Personal Training. It's a joke and a scam to just get your money.

      I signed up with *** using my credit card, however decided to switch to using a bank checking account for billing instead to save $2.99/month for using my credit fees. A breach of my contract with EOS.EOS is still charging me the $2.99/month for using my bank account.I have emailed ***************** 3 times about this issue and they do not understand the issue or ignoring my issue. I have spoken to the 2 different *** managers, the last manager I spoke to ***** ******* said to give her a few days to fix the issue and the has been no resolution to my issue and she is now ignoring my emails. I will cancel my membership after my 1 year membership is done.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I went there today with my friend to accompany him to open his gym membership there. They have beautiful equipment and its a really big nice gym. But unfortunately, wish I could say the same about the staff. ******* was super nice and helpful in getting him started with his profile and opening his account . Although I personally wasnt opening a membership with them (because the closest one to me is 30 minutes from my house) he was still nice and cordial . It all went downhill when he introduced ******* or whatever whos a personal trainer there to talk to us about the personal trainer plans. My friend kept telling him no he wasnt interested because its not affordable . He kept trying to gaslight him into saying how PT is important and finances are just finances . I saw how my friend was just at a loss of words for how to say no , you would have thought he was selling us a car. I After a moment, I said something along the lines of oh I dont think that is something he can add to his finances but-. Before I could finish he goes Im not talking to you Im talking to him and completely ignores me. After another 10 minute demo about how important $400 personal trainer plan is and a million Nos. He goes well thats all. Anyone else ******* and looks annoyed on his phone . Like news flash *******, tik tok is free and so is ******* and so is consent . No is No. Glad to say will not be back there. Teach your staff customer service, its the bare minimum especially if you want to ask for more money out of them .

      On 11/15/2024 I was diagnosed with Cancer. I let my PT know immediately. I told her I would need to cancel my membership for PT and that I would not be able to train due to Radiation, Chemo and 2 major surgeries coming up. She said she would let PT Manager know. When I saw a transaction from my credit card it made me question whether or not she told him. I went to the fitness center to question whether or not my membership was canceled and I was told I had to talk to PT Manager. He was busy so they left him a sticky note. I have email trails back and forth between me and PT Manager from 12/18/2024-12/30/2024 He told me in one of the emails to cancel my membership I needed a note from my doctor and that he would send me documents to fill out to cancel. I supplied him with a note from my Oncologist the next day. The documents never came. I never received nor heard from ** Manager again after sending him the requested note from my Oncologist. I emailed him 12/30/2024 12:32PM to let him know the documents never came.I even walked into the Fitness Center (again) to talk to him, he is either not there or busy. I never received the documents to cancel and now my account has been given to bill collector and they are still taking money out of my account. I have filed a dispute with my ******************* but I decided it was time to contact the BBB. The ignoring and the way this cancellation was handled was unprofessional. I will no longer do business with this Fitness Center. The way they practice reminds me how Fitness Centers use to manage years ago. Very sad that a client who has cancer and is going through so much is just tossed aside.

      It makes no sense that the rating of this company is A. I have never dealt with a worse company. They have no means to communicate other than a website that is down most of the time. My personal trainer was only available 1 day a week after a while and they would not accommodate my schedule. They did not give me credit for the weeks that my trainer was not available. I spent 2 months trying to cancel my membership and they finally acknowledged the cancellation on 11/24. They started billing me again on 01/25. I have successfully disputed the charges with my credit card provider, but my fear is I will be fighting them for sometime and there is no way to contact the billing department of this organization. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANZATION.
