I went to the EOS fitness facility on ***** FM ***************************** to sign up in person on 1/6/2025. It turns out that they were not fully operational for business yet but were offering special early adopter packages. When I returned home and reviewed the formal written agreement that was sent to me via email, it was different than what had been discussed at the facility. I called back within an hour of receiving the agreement, but did not receive a return phone call. I made another attempt later that afternoon and the following morning. Since no one was returning my phone calls, I went back to the facility on 1/7/2025 in person and spoke with the general manager (****** Kitchen). He agreed to my request to cancel my membership agreement. However, he could not figure out how to use the new facility software to complete the cancellation. After an hour of attempting to do this including getting his Regional Vice President on the phone, the conclusion was that since the facility was not yet operational, the database was not allowing cancellations. ****** asked that contact them in the future once the facility was operational in February or March. I requested that he send an email confirming his agreement to the cancellation of my membership, which he did. However, three months later, they started charging my bank account AND my credit card.

****, I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with EOS Fitness. I understand that you signed up at our Cypress, ***** facility before it was fully operational and encountered issues with the membership agreement and cancellation process. Despite your efforts to resolve this with our general manager, you were charged three months later. I have canceled the agreement for you and ask the staff to submit a ticket to waive all of the past dues on the account since you haven't paid anything on the account. Thank you.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and service from EOS Fitness. Initially, my issues began with my personal trainer, who repeatedly failed to provide the services promised. I never received the free one-month meal plan I was promised. My trainer showed up late multiple times and was even intoxicated during a session. The workouts were inconsistent, often dependent on how tired my trainer was. On top of that, he explicitly told me he was only there to find clients and take them with him once he had built a rapport. I tried to cancel and bring this up to management. They just directed me to put my issues in my cancelation request online. When I brought these issues to management, I was met with complete disregard. My concerns were ignored, and I was told there was nothing they could do. I later attempted to cancel my membership and training sessions, but the process has been a nightmare Im still living. I clearly communicated my desire to cancel, but management misrepresented my request and failed to act on it. I submitted my cancellation weeks ago, and now I am being told Ill be sent to collections for an outstanding payment. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating, as the company has consistently been unresponsive, and I have been passed around with no resolution in sight. Ive been gaslit, put off, and now, my credit is at risk. This is unacceptable, and EOS Fitness has failed in every aspect of customer service. Im extremely disappointed in how this has been handled, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

****, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with EOS Fitness. Your experience regarding the personal trainer's behavior and the lack of promised services are not of our level of expected service. I regret that your attempts to cancel your membership and training sessions have been met with unresponsiveness and misrepresentation. I have connected you via email with **** our District Fitness Manager who will help to move this forward for you.

Very Disappointed. My friend and I went to sign up for membership and personal trainer at ******* on 2/31/2025 on **********. We had agreed to see a women personal Trainer 3 times a week. On the first day of service, ******* the trainer manager informed us that there was an issue with her hiring process and was not available for us. Did not recommend anyone else to us and continued our workout. Went back to the gym, the second week and ******* told us once again there was a hiring issue. ******* comp us with four free sessions of training. The third time we came in to see our woman personal trainer that we had paid for she had an emergency and left without reaching out to reschedule. At this point, we are very disappointed and we decided to speak to ******* the training manager that we will no longer wish to continue. He informed us that he did not have the authority to cancel our membership with the personal trainer. He then gave me district manager information. I have reached out to this individual and have not responded through email. It has been two months now and I have not received any response from anyone. I have been looking for the corporate number and it is nowhere to be found. I have asked ******* for the corporate number and he refuses to give it to me. I have been paying for a personal trainer that I have not been able to train with.

Odeta, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with our gym. I understand that you requested a trainer upon signing up and, despite scheduling for three consecutive weeks, you were unable to receive any training due to hiring and emergency issues. I regret that this situation has caused you to feel dissatisfied and led to your request to cancel your membership. I see that all agreements have been canceled, and I am truly sorry to see you go. Thank you.

Do not sign up for this gym!! I am currently being charged $136 a month, not including the membership fee, for private training sessions I did not agree to! The employee who signed me up told me i can try them out for a week and if i like them i can sign up for them and i can cancel anytime. The trainer signed me up for classes the first day I tried them out, I cancelled the rest within the first week because i clearly didnt want to take anymore. Come to find out they enrolled me in a 4 month plan that im now paying for. When i went in to resolve this, the manager told me that since i never explicitly said i didnt want to train, as if cancelling all classes wasnt enough, that i was enrolled in the 4 month program and theres nothing i can do about it now. Completely unprofessional and misleading practice!!

Fraudulent Double Charge. (Setup 2 accounts, when I was suppose to have 1)When I signed up for a membership, I clearly expressed that I only wanted one account for myself and my wife as we go to the gym together. Same setup I have at Planet Fitness. I had received a text offering a promotion that waived both the enrollment and annual fees if I joined on the Grand Opening day. However, upon arrival, I was presented with an additional sign-up fee ranging from $49 to $149. They said that offer is no longer valid, even though I was texted it that day. After showing the management the text offer, they escalated the matter to the district manager, who kindly agreed to honor the same deal but I would have to pay a $10 enrollment fee. I agreed. Unfortunately, despite my request for only one account, two accounts were set up for us, and I was charged two separate fees, resulting in a $164 charge on my account instead of the expected $10 fee. They ended up charging me an annual fee when I was told it was waived. I then contacted customer service, which connected me to a company overseas, and was assured that there is a 30-day guarantee in place and that I could stop by to receive a refund without issue. They cancelled the 2nd account. However, when I visited the gym, the manager informed me that I would need a 30-day guarantee certificate, or I wouldn't receive a refund as you are only eligible for a refund within 5 days. I didn't see the charged until they were taken out, so I didn't know I was miss charged until after 5 days. The manager did mention that he would submit a request for a refund on the second account, but that it would take ***** days to process. As for my account, the manager explained that the annual fees are non-refundable, despite the verbal assurances I had received as he read the terms to me from his screen facing him, and I signed what ended up being what ever terms they wanted to slam me with. This is a form of FRAUD. The BBB needs to step in!

I did not want to try physical training, but was told I'd get a discount to try just 1 physical training session and could cancel if it was not for me. And when signing a contract I asked the manager directly if the contract obligated me for more sessions. He assured me I can cancel and there is no contractual obligation for continuing. Not only did this end up being untrue, but i would be unable to get help with the situaion on-sight. And was directed to an external customer service number. I was forced to pay for additional session, who advised me differently that the staff that signed me up. Upon reluctantly continuing with the contractually obligated sessions, i attempeted to cancel. However, what was not detailed until this point is that canceling meant I was to be charged two additional visits, which is again not what I was told on site when asking about the cancelation policy. This is espcially an issue as i am mediclaly unable to continue with PT. When emailing or texting with staff, they acknowledge my introduction message when asking for help, but stop replying once I explain the situation and ask for help. And staff will not help in-person as they direct to the external line.

On March 11th I came into EOS on Cactus and ***** to sign up as a new member. I was then greeted by ******* and *****. After taking my banking information, ******* passed me to ***** who began to do a body scan. After completing my body scan he was discussing my options there at the gym. I have agreed and was under the impression that I was signing up for a FREE welcome personal training session. After that session, I liked it then I would do 8 sessions in the span of 4 months. I was also charged $19 for the trial which I thought was free. The following day I received a contract saying I agreed and was enrolled in the 8 sessions for 4 months. This agreement needs to be cancelled as this was not clearto me. I came in to the gym on Saturday, March 15th and the assistant general manager, ****** told me to come back Monday and someone would cancel the personal training. I was scheduled Monday, March 17th at 6am with ********* for my free session. When showing up to the gym, I was told ********* was not there and I was not on the schedule. I have screen shots to prove I was on the schedule. The man working the front told me to come back later to speak with someone. After coming back to the gym later to get this resolved, I was given a QR code by J and told to fill out a ticket and someone will get back to me in 72 hours. I have not heard back from anyone. I am quite frustrated and not happy with this situation and how it is being handled.I have submitted multiple tickets to district managers and no one is responding.

Horrible and discriminatory services. I was lied too when signing up for personal fitness in AZ that I could cancel however nope. Any attempts to call or cancel has failed. I am out state and no way to go to the club. ******** customer service that all the service does is ********************** call you to ask for payments. Be honest and tell customers the truth about the contract. Have the decency to call a customer back. Threatening go send me to collections doesnt not make sense while you dont meet the end of your bargain. All the reviews cannot be false. I regret the day I walked to your gym in Tempe Warner .

The personal training is a joke and a scam. They should honestly be sued for false advertising. Ive tried to get in contact with management and was met with a well get back to you. Tried to contact corporate but the only way to do so is via an online form that does not work I signed up for personal training, being told that I would have a workout planned for every day, and meet with the trainer once a week. That has not been the case. Signed up Feb 4. Ive been the trainer once (its now Mar 18). It took 3 weeks to get the trainer to send exercises. And the sheet he sent is 5 days worth of basic exercises. Mind you, there is an app to put this in, and the trainer instead sent me an email from his personal email with things typed in a word document, without saying a word. When I escalated to management (who didnt reach out to me, but must have said something to him) a few weeks later (so 5-6 weeks in at this point), he tells me he sent it a couple weeks ago. Not on the app weve been communicating on. Not a mention of it in the chat function of the app weve been on. But to my junk inbox. Cool cool. And then I open it and its 5 days in a word doc. So regardless, still not the everyday programming that was sold to me. A bunch of liars and thieves. Shady business Then I ask why **** not set up any meetings. The answer was that I essentially have to stay on him and pull his teeth to get a session set up. What exactly is your job as a personal trainer then? I have to make you work? Thats crazy. Looking into all options with my bank regarding this NASTY place. Terrible practices, robbing and scamming people. I so wish Id read reviews before signing up. There needs to be a class action lawsuit

They will talk you into something that you dont need or arent looking for. Lie flat out about prices and then later youll have tons of money pulled from your account. They claim cancellation is not possible or they will send your information into collections. Very unsatisfactory service and would not recommend. Most of the other reviews in seeing now say the same thing and I wish I read them sooner.
