      If I could give 0 stars I would. Personal training session contract is trash. They have their employees lie to sign up. I signed up for this gym months before it actually opened and I told them I would have to leave for work they are like no you wont get these prices again sign up now. I signed up and as soon as I was leaving for my job assignment they opened and I was told I can only do my personally trainings at this location in boca but it will roll over. So for 3 months I am paying for personal trainings in hopes of using them once I am aback. I come back in town and begin to use them and I ask multiple times for weeks if they could cancel my PT I have so many to use I do not need to be paying it. They failed to cancel it and I was charged again just to tell me to scan a stupid code and email eos to cancel my member ship. Ive emailed them once no response. And the manager also no help cant even contact cooperate for me. So I call my bank and dispute the last two charges.. I come in following week for the personal training sessions I have paid for in *** which is about 11 my trainer tells me she cant train me because my last charge didnt go through.. Im like what about all the 11 I have? Literally ridiculous. Biggest scam Ive heard because that makes no sense. They wont even allow me to use my free welcome workout that I was never given. Just run. Dont sign up lol.

      I signed up for a personal trainer but they never explained it was a contract.This people make it seem so pretty at the beginning and then will charged you even when you canceled the contract.Theyre very unprofessional and never call you back.I had it to order another debit card cause they keep pulling $$ even after I canceled the contract.PLEASE DONT SIGN ANYTHING because they will get you !!!!!

      This company has completely failed to uphold their side of their personal trainer contract. I was told that I would receive assistance from QUALIFIED individuals. Not teenagers. My trainer ghosted me for THREE weeks and failed to make training plans, diet plans and I never recieved training and services that I had paid for. I have been trying to cancel this contract for months now but the company refuses to cooperate or maintain communication with me. I even went as far as cancelling my credit card to stop them from charging me for services that I NEVER received. And yet somehow, I am still being charged by them every month. Do NOT go to this gym. I am honestly shocked at the how sketchy this company is and I would never recommend them. With the amount of similar experiences that others have dealt with, I am surprised that a class action lawsuit is not being brought against this company.

      I signed up for personal training. No instruction was given the first week. No one told me this was a 4 month agreement. These people take advantage of the elderly. Tried calling and got a really nasty person who answered the phone. Called another gym in ******** because the Glendale phone was not working and the operations manager, *********, said the Glendale gym would call me. They never did. I cant imagine that this place has an A rating with all the complaints.

      EOS Fitness is horrible. Find another gym. Their customer service is non-existent. Everything is handled at the corporate level and you can't contact the corporate level. Everything is handled at your local eos. I signed up for personal trainer and then decided I wanted to do less times per week but they continued to charge me for both sessions. I have been fighting with them for months to get a refund and to prevent them from charging anymore sessions to my card. I have canceled my card once with my bank and I don't want to have to do that again. I can't cancel my membership until the personal trainer stuff is resolved looking forward to that fight.

      I jumped the gun on the resolution. I have not received a refund and now after I have canceled my membership and was told my March dues would be waived, I received a past due notice requesting double the amount and stating my next payment due is April. I just want it to stop.

      If I could give this place 1 star I would!!!!!! I got tricked like many other people into signing their stupid Personal Training Program. The scumbag who signed me up, whos name is ****** **********, did not inform me at the time of signing the contract that there was a 3 day cancellation policy. He only informed me that I can try one session and if I want to cancel to let them know. Nothing about 3 days to cancel. He pressured me into signing their 4 month personal training contract by post-poning the $45 start up fee for next month if I signed up for a starter session for $19. I dont want Personal Training or a gym membership with EOS. I want nothing to do with company. Ive tried to cancel the agreement multiple ways and they purposefully make it difficult to cancel. This company is evil! So many people are struggling right now, myself included. We cant afford to get RIPPED OFF!!!!! I am homeless right now so my financial situation is very fragile. I could barely afford the $30 membership when I signed up, but I needed access to a shower and water. Im beyond sad and hurt that these types of companies can financially **** their customers and get away with it!!! Dont go to EOS!!!!! Read the reviews!!!

      I am compelled to write my first-ever review due to a deeply disappointing experience at this gym. After my wife and I signed up under a single account, we were approached about an optional upgrade to our coaching sessions. Initially, I declined this offer. Despite my decision, it seems the gym proceeded without my consent, persuading my wife to sign for the upgrade. When she attempted to cancel, we were misled into believing that a simple signature from me at the gym would resolve the issue. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no such "cancellation acknowledgement." Instead, the sales manager disclosed that the cancellation wasn't possible as initially promised. This disregard for proper authorization and the subsequent blame placed on us for their internal communication failures is unacceptable. In the end, after a heated discussion where the sales manager even called me unprofessional, I was coerced into signing a document under false pretenses. During my visit intended for signing what was described as a "cancellation acknowledgement," I glimpsed a price tag on the sales managers computer. This led me to confirm whether I was indeed there to sign a cancellation document, only to be told abruptly that no such document existed and cancellation was not an option. I questioned the legitimacy of accepting an upgrade without my authorization, considering the account is under my name. The manager responded with excuses, shifting blame onto my wife and accusing us of not being on the same page. I further pressed on why I was summoned under the pretense of needing my signature for a cancellation, yet they had managed to process the upgrade behind my back without any consent. It was revealed by him that after my wife's signature, they realized the account was in my name, yet they did not rescind the unauthorized upgrade. Instead, they manipulated the situation to secure my signature under deceptive circumstances.

      I signed up for a training program That had a condition of one month notice for cancellation and I did put my one month notice and they keep charging my account. I talk to gym manager ***** multiple times he requested an escalated this on his end but yet Im receiving the charges and no one is available to talk to me about it and I cannot really get hold of anyone their whole accounting *****. Look theres no system And no one is take responsibility and at this point the gym also looks doesnt care anymore. I dont know how could I get my money back that theyre not supposed to charge me and I did not receive any service for but yet charging people

      Thanks for your response. But I did not receive any call yet and when I followed up with the gym, they did not provide me anything new not even that my wife also had a training that she requested to cancel a month ago and she was not supposed to receive more charges, but same thing happen for her account. It seems the accountant department charges people no matter what even if the account is canceled we really need to sort this out because this is not acceptable that we cancel something and well still receive charges and and this is over to my two different accounts. Please escalate this ASAP.

      Find an operations manager who values ethics.*** ***** competence Went up to the desk and said I want to cancel my membership, the operations manager ***, said ok. I gave him my phone number to access my account, he writes something on a business card, tells me to scan it and go through the process of cancelling my membership. I then, go to my car and began to cancel my membership on my phone. Before leaving the parking lot, I notice its a bit difficult to cancel, so like any customer would do, I go back inside to ask for assistance. When I walked back in, I began to look for a member to help assist me. *** was still at the desk, but I purposefully looked around for other members to help assist me. ***, notices Im looking for further assistance. He then ask what I need. I tell him Im having difficulty cancelling and need assistance with further understanding on the cancellation policy. He sits me at this desk, begins to talk extremely fast. I then tell him Im having difficulty finding where to cancel. I then find the page and turn my phone for him to see if its correct, he sighs and puts his hands on his head and says I cant help you if you dont let me hold your phone. He then rolls his eyes, I tell him please, calm down, then he snaps back with dissonance in his voice I am calm, Ive been calm this whole time he was in fact not calm. He then as him if hes the highest ranking manager at this company, he then says yes. I ask him if there is any other manager who could help me and he stated there was another manager and he was busy. While he continued to help assist me with an unprofessional attitude and apologized bc he knew he was wrong. He was snappy and incompetent when it came to being an operation manager or dealing with customers all together. He then said hed cancel the membership, I stated Ill stay till he finishes it. I leave and call to speak to someone other than him to complain, he then childishly answers the phone.Hiresomeone else
