    there has been no refund. I had to close the account being my bank flagged this as fraud and open a new account. My refund has been sent back and a new one has to be sent to my new account.

    I was charged $1 from their site on 6/24/24 and then I was charged $19.95 on 6/29/24. I never authorized for any payment to be taken from my account and Im not sure how they even got my information to begin with.

    The transaction is dated 07/04/2024 for $1.00. I have never heard of this company and when I tried to call the number on the transaction it rang once and then the line acted like it wasnt in service. I have already contacted my bank and have started to file for fraud.

    I have been charged $1.00 in May and then $19.95 on the 25th of May. Now all of a sudden I have this recurring charge for $19.95 and they are trying to take other amounts. How do you cancel this subscription? I never signed up for this at all. The number thats on the bank statement is not valid or no one answers.
