      Less than one star. Shame on a business charging for appointments that never happen. They're working with someone struggling and add stealing money to their load. Shame on you Life Stance.Shame on you. Your fraudulent billing company takes away from the very qualified therapists who work there! AND YES, I said STEAL because going to someones acct. and taking money without permission and for services NOT rendered. I'd be very careful if you choose this company, billing is shady and unresponsive when you call them. They will not answer.

      Ive had a great experience with LifeStance as a whole and especially with my therapist, ****** ******. She has met me where Im at and has created a safe space for me to process and share at a pace thats right for me. Her individualized approach has made me feel so cared for and I wasnt expecting a therapist to be so empowering in that way. She also laughs at my jokes and makes jokes too which is so helpful in sessions! I feel so thankful to be on this mental health journey with ******!

      My therapist is professional and knowledgeable. She is also empathetic and kind. But not so kind as to not hold me accountable when we both know that I am procrastinating! Therapy is a process and she is right there with me when I succeed or when I mess up.

      Came to LifeStance in a semi crisis state. I had an appointment with a prescriber within a couple days and was able to meet with a counselor the following week. Everything is done virtually through the comfort of my home.

      Double billed me for multiple visits. Waited on hold for 45 minutes to ask why and was given no information. Multiple email inquiries and all they did was charge me once the next time, but no refund for prior overbilling. Cannot get ahold of my provider directly. Provider tries to meet with me monthly and I refused because they charge me $100 every time. Totally in it for money. Feels very sketchy. Do NOT recommend.
