      On the subject of therapist. I loved my therapist, she was attentive and wonderful. However billing is a nightmare. They have went back months and months are trying to charge me 350 dollars for sessions I have already paid for. Now it's been sent to collections. Acting as if my insurance didn't pay their part when it's clear on my insurance end they did pay for it. Each session was 88 dollars. I would pay right after, most of the time. They refused to accept the proof that I provided back in 2023 in October that I had paid my October bill already. And it has been a NIGHTMARE ever since. I'll never use this company again.

      Easy to schedule, good screening to match you with the right therapist for you. Thankful that they take my insurance. Only drawback is that theyre very pushy about reviews and feedback surveys.
