      I wouldn't even give them a 1. Is this company biased against patients with ********* This company is contracted with my Healthplan. I received a notice from my HP that the services provided were paid but put towards my deductible. Trying to do the right thing I asked the billing department if they could **** the deductible to ********* If they refused, I could have paid with my HSA but I wasn't allowed to get that far. They told me that "their billing system did not work that way" and i must cancel all appointments going forward unless I wanted to pay as a private patient, which meant that I had to pay the higher cost of the services and they would no longer **** my insurance. They verified my insurance ahead of time and I was never told of an issue until I told them I have ********* Doesn't sound right to me.I **** an email to their compliance line and received absolutely no response. It has been 2 weeks now. Too bad this company is terrible. The actual therapist was really good and I liked him a lot.

      Terrible experience with LifeStance Health! I made an appointment online by myself with a therapist that was in-network for my insurance - according to their system. The next day I received a call from ***************************** (LifeStance intake worker) to inform me that the scheduled therapist was not accepting my insurance. She offered to find someone else that would be in-network with my insurance: *********************************, located in **********, **. I received a confirmation for the appointment via email: Monday, at 10:00AM. I drove 20 miles to meet with ******** on Monday morning. When I arrived at the office, I was informed that the appointment had been cancelled because ******** was not part of my insurance in-network. Nobody bothered to let me know that the appointment had been cancelled before I left the house. I drove 20 miles back home and that was it. When I got home, I called **** and asked for an explanation. She told me that ******** was in my insurance on Thursday, when she made the appointment for me. But, on Friday, the next day, she no longer was part of my insurance and her supervisor cancelled the appointment. I asked to speak to the Supervisor: ***********************. Of course, he was busy and could not take my call. But I was promised that he would call me back later that day (Monday). Today is Tuesday and ****** has not called yet. I have a feeling he is not planning to call me ever ... Maybe I was lucky: this facility seems to be a total disaster, not accountable for what they do, and therefore, I should not get involved with them. It will only get worse and worse if I continue to use their services. Better get out while I can ...

      Horrible experience with their billing department. They billed the wrong insurance company and it takes 40 minutes minimum on hold to get through to them.

      I don't know if the company is horrible, but my doctor was. He was never interested in listening to my problems. He liked to talk about his kid more than helping me. I loss wages because paperwork was not completed and submitted like he said it was. When I told him I felt like he was not taking me serious he basically told me to kick rocks and that I was using suicide as a hoax.
