      Coming from another company to lifestance i can tell you my therapist and pyschiatrist are helping me. They listen to me and give me feedback. I feel a real connection with my therapist.

      I have been with Lifestance for about 6 months now. My Psychiatrist has with held my medication, which the main one being Adderall, and it has causes withdrawals because I have gained a dependency on. That provider has also refused to give me a mood disorder diagnosis AND has gaslighted me into believing that "I do not have mania because I'm normal." My therapist has also tried to push me into getting on a mood stabilizer, which I have made very CLEAR I do not wish to be on. My therapist has also canceled because "He has fallen ill and cannot make my session". He has done this multiple times. He has also been attempting to isolate me from my core support system so he can make my mental standing worse, and who knows what his true intentions are. Lastly on him, he has also accused me of being a drug addict. That therapist and my psychiatrist has also been discussing me when I haven't been in a crisis, which is a violation of HIPPA. Lifestance has also canceled my appointments without notifying me as well and hasn't asked for my approval on those either. Their customer service is also dog sh*t too. They have been rude to me about everything regarding my medication, appointments, and etc.
