      I absolutely love my psychiatrist ***** ******. She really listens to my concerns and is always so sweet. Ive never been more pleased with a mental health provider than I am with her. She genuinely cares about my mental health and is always vey thorough.

      I sought therapy through LifeStance in 2023 and was explicitly told that the provider was in-network and my sessions would be covered 100% by insurance. I was never provided a financial consent form, no costs were disclosed before treatment, and I received no bills or documentation for nearly 20 months. Then, in April 2025, I suddenly received a bill for $1,880 from a "Patient Collections Coordinator" with no explanation of benefits, denial codes, or record of proper insurance processing. The billing statement shows "Insurance Pending: $0.00" for every session, which suggests LifeStance never submitted the claims or failed to follow through. When I asked to review the charges, they initially refused to send the statement unless I agreed to let them charge my card. I have filed a formal complaint with the ****************************** due to delayed billing, misrepresentation of coverage, failure to disclose financial responsibility, and attempts to assign me the full cost of services nearly two years later. This is unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency and honesty. LifeStance has provided neither.

      More often than not provider cancels and reschedules appointments. Does not help at all when you have to take time off work for the appointments.

      Very nice care. My experience has been nothing but good. Listen to your cares and needs. The Therapist are likeable more than not. Comfortable with treatment plan. The best place in my opinion. Virtual visits are prompt, smooth, and are helpful. I will not move to any other practice if I don't need to. Finally a place not to worry about quality, genuine care. Plus my appointments are never months down road unless you request. They deserve a 10 in my book.

      First off I had no issues with the providers they where both wonderful. Unfortunately they have changed the way you check in for appointments and pay for appointments and not only did I find it redundant, but it also has left a huge gap in payment history. None of they systems they are using work with each other. I receive invoices for ****** that were paid months ago, when I go and look at my payment history I have no receipts since they changed to this new systems, back in 1/2025. I've been doubled charged for appointments. Today I was changed for an appointment I had canceled and the office has no record of this. I was going for help with stress and anxiety and the office and billing has only worsen both of those things. Again it's a shame because I been a patience since 2023, but the additional stress of having to deal with all these billing issues is having a significate effect on my mental health.

      My experience ruined my overall experience and has pushed me to share it in a public review. The therapist I was seeing here for a year and a half had told me at least a few times that I could just not show up to an appointment if I wasnt feeling well. I did a couple times and then sent her an email to let her know I wasnt feeling well. As of October of last year, my therapist began to quit seeing me due to being regularly and unexpectedly absent/sick. I was never informed as to what was happening and how long it would be occurring. I waited. I havent gotten therapy since last year and its now been months. Around February this year, I reached out to Lifestance since they never reached out to me to explain what was going on and help me get the therapy I need. They were wishy-washy so I had them schedule me with a new therapist. This was for middle of February 2025 and I hadnt had therapy since October 2025. I had one appointment with that person and was not feeling like I had a good connection with them. However, Lifestance still billed me. I scheduled a follow-up meeting with that therapist, then no-showed due to my Mom being in hospice and the day I scheduled being my birthday. Lifestance charged me $75 for not showing up and me not letting anyone know what happened. I reached out to them and asked for it to be removed from my billing and explain my situation but I was told that I am a routine no-shower and they need to abide by their policy now. I reached out again to speak to a supervisor and when I spoke to him, he spoke over me and was very rude. He did not listen to my story and just reiterated that I did not show up to my appointment so I owe the fee. I told him how upset I was and how I was mostly upset with the fact that I went so long without therapy and no one had reached out to me to help me get scheduled. It wasnt about the money although billing me for not feeling a connection with a new therapist was the nail in the coffin for me.

      I absolutely love ****** at the ********* location! I just started going to LifeStance and already I totally trust her. She made me feel heard and understood. The anxiety of starting over with a new practitioner dissipated after the first visit. I'm grateful to have found this place!!

      I had a therapist by the name of ***** ********. We found her through lifestance. I was a troubled teen going through grief and depression from losing my father and my mother wanted to try out therapy. It started off fine until I realized ***** never spoke to me about the main issue which was grief. Instead she talked about herself, she used to talk about men she used to date and showed me pictures. We talked like friends and at the time I thought it was cool but it never got anywhere. During our PAID phone calls, she would take me out to the store with her while I was on the phone and just talk casually to me. She used to say she couldnt wait til I turned 21 so we could get drinks and hang out and said I reminded her of her friend. One time I brought to her attention that I may have BPD (which I am now diagnosed with) and she said no people with BPD are extremely annoying and you arent like that you dont have it and that was that. We never did any exercises to deal with grief, our phone calls were that of a friend and my moms money was essentially wasted. She talked badly about her other patients with me and would gossip and tell me the times she got high and took edibles with her friends. One time I got kicked out of the house, I was a troubled teen, and I called her for support. She hung up on me and told my mother to call the police on me and to put me into a mental institution. We had one more meeting after that and she said she felt bad for me and ghosted me. She never reached out again.

      I went to LifeStance for a short time in that short time the ** messed up my medicine when I went to her to try and get it fixed I ended up leaving there crying because of no help. The next day I received a call from an unknown number saying they were LifeStance and that future appointments have been cancelled and that I would receive a letter as to why. When I called the office to try and speak to someone hire up I was told that the manager doesnt have a direct line but they will send them a message I asked for them to call me never got a call just a message saying I could see my termination letter in the patient portal the letter stated that I was terminated from LifeStance due to threading behavior in the office and that Im not long allowed in any LifeStance building and if I show up they will call the law. I never threatened anyone I left crying because I got no help I was out of my medicine. Medicine that can cause severe with**awal symptoms I feel like I was treated wrong for asking for help I will add that I feel the manager was very unprofessional for not returning a call as well as the letter that was in patient portal was never signed by a person just said LifeStance I have never been treated so bad you would think with the type of business this is they would be a little more compassionate to someone going through a mental health crisis
