    01/17/25 I paid $500 to hold unit @WestEdge of Thunderbird in *********, *** 01/25/25, I reached out to tell them I couldnt move & it wasnt until 01/28/25 that I finally got a response & requested my money order back. First they tried to say it was non refundable even though it was to be applied to my deposit which would be refundable. When I told them that was not legal for them to keep my money, they then asked for my mailing address to send the check out because they had already deposited it. Mind you I never signed a lease so there was nothing to apply it to in their accounting books. That was 01/29/25. 02/14/25 I reached out because I still had no check in the mail. I was told give it a few more days. 02/24 & 02/25, I reached out again, no response. 02/27/25 I reached out again & was told to give them my bank info to deposit it, because it will be quicker than the mail, even though they allegedly had already sent the check. I was very hesitant to do this seeing as they had not been very responsive & seemed to be giving me the run around. I reluctantly gave the bank info to my Chime because I dont trust them with my actual bank info. 03/11/25 I reached out because I hadnt received the deposit. I was told it was a wire transfer sent 03/02/25 (a Sunday) that was sent back to them because my bank doesnt allow wire ***************** resent it as ACH transaction on 03/10/25. I was told it should be 3-5 business days so give it until 03/14/25. Today is 03/15/25 & I still have no deposit or pending transaction to my account. I reached out & ******* the only one answering the phone from a whole different country, sent me a bogus email copy of a transaction ID number & said to contact my bank to verify the transaction is pending. I contacted ************ have verified there is no pending transaction with that ID number or company name or amount. Im done wasting time with them. It has been 2 *********** contacting legal aid to sue them. Wish I read reviews before.

    They are horrible in communication. They do not keep up with work orders or maintenance of property. The have bugs and lights that doesnt work. It is a dark alley where the homeless roam through trash and we have our trash cans locked. Dont get me started on utilities!! Were charged for utilities from the beginning of our lease and still till this day! We didnt have water for about two weeks out of a month and my unit is still having issues Ive put in multiple work orders in for maintenance to communicate and or come to the unit. This place needs a total makeover

    If I could give a 0 I would. Ive been attempting to dispute the use of our security deposit after living in one of their properties for 3+ years. They took over $1000 to repaint the entire unit and used our refundable cleaning deposit after we scrubbed the entire unit to near perfection. Now we owe money to them?!?! I asked two different employees to provide me with mailing addresses as you know after being a tenant it is nearly impossible to reach them and they only have one phone number. I sent a certified mailer to BOTH. They claim to have not received the one and the other was sent back to me since no one from the company ever checks their P.O. Box.They have failed to mail us a copy of the breakdown of our security deposit which violates the ******* Residential Tentant Law. There is 0 way to move forward with a dispute aside from seeking legal action.DO NOT rent with them they clearly have no respect for tenants, especially ones that were loyal, always paid rent on time and took great care of the property. Dont even get me started on the tree that fell on our car and how they didnt claim ANY responsibility for negligence on this. OH AND RATS!!

    They need to imediate loose thier business license as they are responsible for the lives safety and well being if several tenants victimized by their neglecense falsified address and phone and email and even depositt accounts as they used a rent by the hour office shared space and phone service and even say it thier corporate but the process server can't licatev them you go to deliver your rent in personb but zero shared spaces that rererent space there never heard of them. They get a number to call you and then later in day it's a non working number. My safety had been victimized by violent neighbor who leaves things burning to create toxic smoke clouds and even the fire department came out stated to stay out of the unit until it dies out and safer to go in freezing twob hours can't stay out there no more I go back in where it lingers die five days later and when try to vent outdoors she had stuck fumes that rush in and me it even more severe. They couldn't go into her unit with our the lanlord who never responds unless there was flames and with her smoking cigarettes to hide her heroin use at that point me and other tenant are already uncknsious with her and it then would be no one awake to call to put out this thing we got sprinklers but doubt they work. They cuz zero work orders and hire subcontractors.m there employees lie about their being licensed tech only peek in one area and dismiss there any thing wrong to avoid repair costs when it would of been cheaper than the other three workers that didn't work just checked an air filter that I started I just cjhanged and charge to have showed up and left undone. Seven months ago I started water leak untder floor board from sewage they never even came and now the white whole apt is mushy and in severe allergic to mold and in struggling to breath. They need but allowed to be responsible for us.please help remove then add they don't do what the title that user represents and are fraud and falsified investigate them

    Absolute garbage in customer service. My 11 apt complex has not received mail for 7 weeks. They have ignored many requests or have not followed up entirely.I purposely chose this complex due to the locked gates and fenced in community. Within weeks of moving in there have been issues every single month with the locks on the gates. They take no responsibility for anything that they could have remedied. While paying $2,000/mo, with NO amenities, the very basic we should receive some empathy and customer service. However that means nothing to this company. It is disheartening to know how many people fall victim to this business. Be better.

    Dont rent here, they never answer the phone. Like never. Im not kidding. Its crazy. Its like theyre not even in business. Horrible customer service. All they care about is you paying rent every first of the month and thats all. Dont expect anything from them. ********************* here. Reason why they have a 1.9 rating. Horrible business practice. Cant wait to get out of this crappy lease.

    I rent an apartment in ********** managed by zendoor. I have opened approximately 5 tickets in an over a year. Every single one has been ignored for months and then suddenly closed without repair. I had a fire in my electrical box this past summer and was totally ignored during the height of heat. I lost all my food and had to call the maintenance person directly to get it repaired. There is never a response from them. I have encountered a few management companies but they are among the worst

    Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rent from this company, it will be the worst decision ever. Non responsive to maintenance requests Will say anything, so make sure you read all the fine print

    Have actively caught them in several lease violations. Refuse to provide maintenance required to maintain a safe and habitable living situation. Have been ignored, dismissed, and accused of lying. The company is sick and evil. Do not give them your money.

    WORSE APTS EVER!!! There is a HEAT ADVISORY and we have NO A/C!!!! This is against the *** what they are doing! You cant live with no AC. My pet is over heating and panting all day and night!! I come home after work and am supposed to sit inside and enjoy myself until bed?!? Then sleeping is a nightmare all night long. The vent/hosing/ AC unit has fallen apart and they have duct tape trying to hold it together which doesnt even work. What a joke! HOT air is pouring into my unit from the busted hose. Sweating and dieing! I also smell MOLD inside my unit. Yes MOLD! ?? Laundry facility has never been in working order since *** lived there either. Im so mad I have to move out and start all over again. Im a young single person and so it isnt easy. So yah, this impression of my first apt SUCKS! Id better get all money returned!
