    No AC in ** since Monday, no returned calls, emails or communication outside of emergency maintenance man that says it has to go through warranty company. No call from the warranty company, no plan of action what needs to be done it communication. My dog is panting and so stressed out. I need help

    Hey, if you come across this email zendoorclassaction AT gmail.com (it won't let me put an email address in the review) and let's do something to stop these people from doing what they are doing. I have identified illegal portions of their lease agreement that we all have in common. And if they kept any of your security deposit I got that covered too ZENDOORCLASSACTION AT GMAIL.COM

    Bad management no direct number or email all shady business. Mold on washing unit and came to wipe down not a solution . Two months in they refuse to give any kind of compensation.

    Hi ***** - I am sorry to hear about your experience with your washing machine. It was a very old machine and as time goes on, it can get that musty smell but no mold was found in or around your machine. We ordered you a brand new washing machine that I believe was scheduled to be delivered and installed today. We had also offered you compensation for your troubles in getting your clothes laundered. Each property has a unique phone number that goes directly to the support team for that property, including the one you live at. I believe the asset manager has been speaking with you via phone directly regarding your concern.

    One of the worst management companies out there. You can not reach anyone on the ground. You can not go to an office. You are routed through a system that goes to remote workers that are in various countries. They don't follow best practices, I have a filed a complaint with the BBB and the ******* Tenants and ********************** Avoid at all costs. They give out incorrect information and charge outrageous fees. They don't know the law and you will regret any involvement with this company.

    I feel like I was unfairly charged. 90% of my deposit has been withheld, citing the need to repaint and to clean the apartment I painstakingly cleaned before moving out. I understand that normal wear and tear is acceptable, and is also stated in their clause, so when I was informed of the charges I was confused. It is entirely unjustified.

    They refuse to turn the a/c on the element. My apartment has been at ***** degrees for the past three weeks. This is insane.

    They just took over ************ and its already bad. I thought my rent would be late and spoke with them fast forward a few hours later to avoid fees I came up with the money but notice fees on my balance. I asked them what is going on and did they already add fees to the date I said I **uld pay they said no its the $150 deposit I owed. I made arrangements with the last ** to break it into 2 pymts and my next was to be due on 3/20 not 3/1. I even sent them screenshots of email. They emailed an asset manager saying thats the only person who can remove this. Ive emailed and nothing. All I want to do is pay my rent and I was told since the issue was not my fault theyd waive late fees. I worked hard to avoid paying late **** ended up having my rent and then I still get late fees!

    I am in a renovated property and have had a pretty great experience. The renovations are beautifully done and my maintence requests have been fulfilled pretty quickly. The property is peaceful as well

    Horrible Horrible Horrible Tenants are lied too, treated with extreme neglect and could care less it took 3 months to replace a 15 year old washer and dryer. After several s***** repairs, they agreed to replace. So the first time they attempt to deliver the appliance did not fit because it was to large. 1 week later return with an electric appliance when we are on gas. What kind of maintenance allows these purchases without specs?I'm still waiting for a gas appliance which I was told to be delivered 2/1.when I called ******, she said oh I'm sure they will. Instead of saying I just checked and I can confirm, she lies and does nothing after a long ordeal like this.
