    It's really sad that you can only text a company and still not get a response. I've been waiting for 3 weeks to get a response from someone about the tenants being given a 30 day notice but their lease isn't up. Communication would help a lot. Also someone needs to tell the maintenance people not to use peoples restrooms, leave the toilet seat up and steal beer out of the fridge. Hopefully someone will reach out to me sooner than later.

    IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Ive been attending to get THIS FILTHY CARPET REPLACED ON MY BALCONY AT ***************** APTS IN ********!!! FOR 3 MONTHS!!! They came out yesterday & removed a gallon of water off my balcony & emailed ME ticket complete WHAT A CROCK!! This is beyond ridiculous!! I CANT PUT MY PATIO FURNITURE OUTSIDE BECAUSE IT STINKS , its ******* *** DONT LIVE LIKE THATDOGS CONSTANTLY OFF THEIR LEASHTHE COMPANY WANTS YOUR RENT PROMPTLY ON THE 1st of every month, but cant replace this filthy carpet!! I WISH I COULD UPLOAD A VISEO ON HERE, its DISGUSTING AT BEST!!Im FED UP??

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I have lived in rental properties for many years now and this has been the absolute worst experience. They take an ableist approach of only responding to texts, barely respond to emails. I was gaslit by more than one employee, as they walked back on information previously discussed the couple times I managed to get someone on the phone (which took MANY MANY unanswered calls and emails to get). Their rental terms are ridiculous, as it states you cannot break the lease even if you die. Terrible business model and training of employees, who have mostly been rude in the few interactions I was able to convince them to have with me. And there's no way to contact upper management.

    There is no support from this company for its customers. Not even for emergencies can you get an answer from their support line. And if you ever need to rent somewhere else after them, good luck trying to get someone to send a rental history to your future apartment. No one answer or works in their offices its seems. So frustrating.
