      I placed an order from Skinny Me on 12/13/22. Then on 1/12/23 I received another order. I didnt understand why I received another order but I didnt look into it. Then again today, I received an email stating my order was shipped. (What order? I didnt place an order.) I was afraid to open the email because of so many scams but I did anyways. It had a contact number and I called and talked to them. Found out when you place an order for their free sample, its a subscription. I cancelled immediately. I did not sign up for a subscription and I dont want it. I was charged $39.94 in January and February for a product I did t order and didnt want. I would like a refund for both. This company is hiding information and taking advantage of people.

      I saw a add for a free sample of Skinny me chocolate if you pay $4.95 shipping. I ordered a extra bag and my total came to $30.39 on 1/19/2023. I did not see anywhere that it was a subscription. Logged into my bank this morning 2/7/2023 to a charge of $34.99. I have not received any emails reguarding a subscription and do not wish to have one. I would like any services with this company cancelled and a refund for the $34.99 charge.

      I agreed to the trial and paid for the shipping. On 1/30/2023 (the date paymentS were taken out of my account), I was charged the amounts of $34.99 AND ALSO $39.94! I did NOT AUTHORIZE THIS, PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY BEFORE YOU OVERDRAW MY CHECKING ACCOUNT.

      Received an email offering a free sample of product for only the shipping charge on Dec 13. Agreed to pay shipping charge for product sample. One week after shipping charge was posted an additional charge for $34.99 was posted to my account. Do not recall any requirements other than paying the required shipping fee. Do not want anymore products nor have I received any more products

      The response claims that the subscription has been cancelled and there will be no future billing. It does not say anything about a credit for the ***** billing for which nothing was received. Please credit my account for *****.

      I have received several email offers as well as seen offers on ********* The offer consisted of a full order of sugar free skinny me chocolates (different flavors) just for the payment of shipping cost ($4.95). I did not see any subscription information. After a week or so, the bank account I utilized to pay shipping fee, I was charged $34.99 for what I'm assuming is a subscription that I did not authorize or want. I feel scammed and am angry. Ads for this offer pop up everywhere so that people can buy and fall into this trap. Even worse is that I paid the $4.95 two (2) more times for other flavors and I am terrified that I will be overdrawn soon if more charges are duplicated. I would like an immediate credit of $34.99 to my account and want no further relationship with this company. I do not want them to take any more money from my bank account associated with this email address or any other email address ******************** associated with my name and/or mailing address.

      I ordered a free sample from this company for $4.95. I never received the sample. I instead received a full shipment and a bill for $34.95. I was going to be happy with that but the following month I was charged and no chocolate. This month I was charged $39,94 and you guessed it no chocolate. I did not sign up for a subscription to this chocolate. I certainly did not where I dont receive it. I feel scammed. I simply want my money back and for them to stop charging me monthly

      I ordered a free sample of skinny me chocolates and paid **** shipping. Within a couple of days, I was charged ***** for a subscription that I did not authorize or want. This was not explained in the email and I feel like I have been scammed. I would like a credit of ***** to my account and want no further relationship with this company.

      I responded to an offer for a free trial for $4.95 shipping. Never received the sample. Company began auto billing $34.95 per month, i was not aware this was a subscription. If this a subscription service, no would assume a product would be delivered each month. Since Jan 2022, I have received only two packages of chocolates. I emailed them asking them to cancel my subscription but they said I had to call, nooption to cancel on website.

One charge was made on 6/27/2022 and the other on 9/21/2022. Per the customers request we have issued a refund on the 6/27/2022 and 9/21/2022 charges. Additionally, we have canceled the active subscription on file so the customer will no longer be billed for further shipments.       Responded to free box offer for $4.99. Item received was melted and inedible. Responded to email asking for evaluation by advising of bad shipment. Rececived another inedible melted shipment. I thought that was an attempted replacement. I now find additional ******** to my credit card of $31.49 and $39.94. I called to complain, and they claimed since I did not cancel that I was on a subscription for monthly shipments. They were only willing to cancel my subscription. They said they would send replacements for the ones already received, but, even if they do, they will be just as melted when received. Their product does not survive the heat when being mailed to *******. I feel I have been scammed.

      I have been getting charged ***** monthly from skinny chocolates the last 10 months. I've tried to cancel this account back in March but the number provided was fake. At one point I called and someone answered but nobody spoke? Very strange and deceiving. In all this time, I've received 2 bags of product. I never received the original trial offer? The first bag arrived in May. The other one was in August? I sent them both back but heard nothing in return. I wish I had never received this offer. I need my money back. Please help! Thank you.
