    I placed an order with Ride Clutch on August 10th for. ($76.95) and August 12th ($41.95) I reached out to their customer support and asked when my packages would be fulfilled and was told it would be 2 weeks due to low stock. I waited the 2 weeks on in my account on their website shows both orders are still unfulfilled. I reached out again and got the same answer but in an automated/copy and paste email. Then I got to ***** who is their customer support rep and told me that it would be another 2 weeks and my orders would be shipped. We had back and forth emails of trying to resolve why my packages arent being fulfilled and was also told I am not able to get a refund. I have seen and talked with other customers/buyers who are experiencing the same thing and have and are still waiting on packages from 4-5 months from making an order with this company and then to steal money from us. I have not yet reached back out to the company because its not getting anywhere and are deflecting.

    To my point. First my name isnt ****** and myself and others are going through this. Yet this company hasnt not stated over their social platforms that they either have a low inventory or out. Their website will show that they have these items in stock (the items I purchased) falsely putting up products that arent in stock still to this day but show that they are in. Allowing people to buy nothing. The other products they have on hand arent anything that I want. I shouldnt have to settle for their other products when clearly I bought the things I bought for a reason or else I wouldve bought the other options they gave. Ive been told 2 weeks multiple times and seeing how many other people having the exact same issue with the same response given to other customers and being lied to. Ill take a refund, or Im suing.

    I ordered 1 hoodie totaling $60.00 from RideClutch on August 24, 2022. On September 7, 2022 I emailed customer service for an update on shipping and received a reply back on September 9th I was notified by a '*****" that there was an issue with high orders that was causing a delay in shipping and offer 15% off my next purchase. Reached out again September 20th and ***** replied stating the hoodie should ship in about one week. Reached out again on September 27th asking for a full refund, ***** replied stating they do not offer refunds, again offered 15% along with the opportunity to exchange the hoodie I purchased for another and receive free goodie as an apology. I was not interested in the exchange and stated I would wait another two weeks for the shipment as she stated that is how long it would take for it to be shipped out. It is now November 9th and I still have not received my hoodie after multiple attempts. At this point, I am not sure what the best option is...I just want my money back.

    Ordered a product on September 2nd. A hurricane hit my city so I figured it was late due to that so I emailed them about the sweater I ordered. They said it hasn't shipped due to lack of people. They said would ship in 2 weeks or so. So I waited. 3 weeks later I emailed back
    . They said they have to reorder the sweaters and would take another 2 weeks. Waited again I sent out another email and got back an email the exact same as the first like it's a robo email. They are scam artists. I will be contacting the ******** ******* ** ******* about the company and go from there.

    They have sent me robo emails in regards to my complaint. But like many people they will not give our money back. It's funny that they state that they offered this when they do not have my order number. I have proof that they send out the same emails without any intention to give money or the product. I have filed with the attorney generals office of Arizona for fraud and others have come forward to do the same thing. It's in the companies best interest to just give our money back

    I do not understand how you can not cancel an order that was never completed on your end. I gave the funds to you and you guys were supposed to fill your end of the deal. I have multiple people who have shown me the exact same email you guys have sent me. Your company is well known throughout the riding community and I didn't think I would have had any issues with you guys. If you guys can not send the product then give me my money back. This is a written notice that I want my order to be cancelled and the funds to be placed back into my account.

    I placed an order of $96.95 way back on 7/11/2022 and have yet to receive my item (11/5/2022). I contacted the company on 8/6/2022 and was told on 8/12/2022 it would ship in 1-2 weeks. Clearly nothing has been done to ship my order or update me as to when it might ship. My order number is #******

    While I was informed that the item was on a small backorder, the time line that was given to me was not met. And in regards to the exchange I was never informed about this option nor do I want to exchange my item.

    Unfortunately this item is not back in stock just yet. Due to international shipping issues and nationwide short staffing this shipment has taken much longer than we were originally told it would. We apologize for this added delay and you can still absolutely exchange this for a different item if you do not wish to wait any longer but due to our all sales final policy we are unable to cancel any orders.

    Order #****** Order placed beginning of October. No tracking and just says order confirmed. I reach out to clutch via email to ask about my order 10/29/22 and received no response. I just want my order shipped or refunded. Its been over 3 weeks since ordering and have no progress on my order. Thank you.

    I used the rideclutch.com website to make a purchase on 10/23/2022 and have yet to see anything from them indicating they have fulfilled the order. I reached out to them via email everyday asking for more info with no response. Then I started looking into the business and found many complaints of the exact same issue I'm facing. If the items are not in stock then I wish I would have known before I placed an order. I have asked for a refund many times. Nothing has shipped and the giveaway is over and zero communication from rideclutch.com.

    6/16/2022 I purchased a set of items on order #****** which was $110 and involved a subscription that that reoccurred the next month also for $81.95. The order contained a shirt and a random box of merchandize from the site and their company that had shipping information created but was never sent out or delivered to me in any fashion. I have attempted to email there support multiple times to cancel and get my refund as they have fraudulently promoted shipping and getting me the items soon as possible. It has been over ******************************************************************************* item. i emailed them numerous times and they said all sales are final meaning i cant get my money back that i spent on nothing at this point. They told me at first there was an issue with their warehouse, then the shipment to them was taking to long, then they stated they'd personally talk to the shipping team to **************, then they'd personally ship it out themselves, and then it went silent and they tried to blame **** saying they had it and would need to get the tracking information from them then they'd send it to me and nothing. Altogether i have paid $191.95 dollars that I could've used for bills or numerous other things than false tracking information.

    I ordered a shirt from Ride Clutch in early September and never received it. when I check the tracking number with **** they say that the label was made but they never received the package for transit. I have now been waiting for 2 months to receive a shirt that was supposed to take a week to deliver. i now want my shirt and a full refund and an apology from the company's owner as I have already filed one complaint with the BBB and nothing happened. if they don't have the shirt in stock they shouldn't be advertising it as an in stock and available option. they took my money but never sent me anything.

    I ordered 2 sweatshirts from this website for a total of $170 on 8/15/22 and I still have not received the clothing. I have been in contact with customer service but have been getting nowhere. It has been over 2 months and I have said to them if they wont ship my sweatshirts then I would like a refund but they said they dont allow refunds. I dont know what to do at this point, I would like to either get the sweatshirts that I ordered or my money back.

    Purchase two tee shirts that were supposed to be in stock and weren't so I tried for a refund they said all sales are final so I said okay sent me another pair of sweaters and again showing they were in stock and they weren't so I finally find a pair of sweaters in stock and they said it exceeded the original purchase amount so I again asked for a refund to the same response again at the first

    the **** shipping conformation and tracking number are not valid they dont have the my items to ship in the first place, I believe it is just to make it look like the issue is being resolved and they are complying  if you **** their negative reviews some of them say the same thing  and those customers never recieved their  purchased items
