    On August 28th, 2022, I placed an order for $41.95. It is now March 12th, 2023 and I have not recieved order placed. Reached out to customer support several times but unsuccesful.

    I made various purchases, spending upwards of $500 on their website in October and havent received either a refund nor the products I ordered

    Have 200 + in orders waiting more than 4 months for products and when contacted support they say its out of stock and will be sent when they return to shelves! Included is a picture showing they haven't delivered products as it says UNFULFILLED. PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

    I placed this order 6/16/22 and still have not recieved the items i ordered. I reached out to the business and they acknowledged the items have not shipped and promised new times. This has happened multiple times over several months and nothing was ever sent. The business ultimately stopped replying to me and i am left to assume they intend to just steal my money without ever sending the items i purchased. They have no listed phone number or way to contact them other than email. Multiple people have complained on their instagram to the point they turned off the comments and then stopped posting all together. I just want my money back at this point and to make sure they arent allowed to do this to more people than they already have.

    I placed an order for a hoodie (Order #******) for a Christmas present on 11/16/2022 for $76.96 and never received it. I reached out to them via email on 12/22/2022, asking for a status, or tracking number as the tracking service they use "Shop" did not list a tracking number. A lady by the name of ***** responded on 12/26/2022, explaining that it was out of stock and it would take 2 weeks for them to be back in stock. She also provided me with the option to exchange for a different item. I responded back on 12/27/2022 stating that I would like to wait for my original order and asked if they could ship it to a different address to my son since he was back in college. I have yet to receive any response back. I sent a follow up email on 12/31/2022, 01/12/2023, and today, 02/27/2023, asking for a refund. I received a Delivery Notification Faliure email from ***********************************

    I order $135 worth of merch about 3-4 ago but never received any of it and am unable to get in contact with there customer support after multiple attempts I want my money back

    I ordered a shirt from their website to enter a giveaway in November. My order is still showing received with payment being taken from my account and no update as to shipping almost three months later. The giveaway vanished and the ******* channel changed their name and shut down shop shortly after. There are others who have wrote the same complaint against the company. They are still showing a new giveaway on the new unfinished website. All videos of previous winners have also been taken down.

    Another victim to purchasing items that i never recieved, I spent well over $100 in merchandice that I was hoping to get by christmas time, so i ordered early December, it is now late feb and I have no word on neither my order nor my money. What a way to steal from people, Specially from someone who is the sole provider for a young family such as myself. Very unprofecional but most of all sad.

    I have placed an order with ride clutch on or about January 5th 2023, it says on the website that it would take five to seven business days to receive the package. It has now been almost a month since I placed the order and have not received any news about my order. I have emailed customer support almost ten times within two weeks about my order. I have yet to receive any kind of contact from the ride clutch employees. I just want my products already. I had ordered my three shirts during the most recent video game console giveaway too, where they state there will be either an Xbox or PlayStation or money in every order. Im just ready to receive my shirts so that I can move on from this company. This is the second time I am writing to the BBB to help resolve this issue. I am using this as a last resort before seeking legal help to resolve this issue. It has been a full month since writing the first time. I am now to the point where I want compensation.
