    I placed an order from this company on August 14th 2022 for 3 shirts totaling $105. It is currently February 10th and I have not received my order or heard any update on it even after repeatedly emailing, calling and leaving voice mails, and sending messages to their social media pages.

    I placed an order for 2 shirts (O# ******) on December 11, 2022 and paid $76.95 via PayPal. I have never received the order and have not gotten any response to my emails requesting order cancellation and refund. Looking for either a refund or the product.

    I ordered a hoodie in August 22 of last year and I haven't received it yet. The hoodie I order, apparently was out of stock. But I talked to ***** a representative for ride cluch and she said I can get a refund for my order or get a replacement and I told her I would take the paisley Hoodie in a 3xl as a replacement and a mystery shirt and some extra things for the inconvenience and I haven't received or gotten any new updates

    I have ordered items back in November of 2022. it is now February 2023. I ordered around 160$ worth of clothes and have still not received them. I have emailed customer support multiple times to no avail. As many others also seem to have this problem of not getting there items or refunds.

    I ordered a shirt on October 30, 2022. It's now February and still haven't received it. I reached out in Mid-December regarding the order and they got back to me stating they were understaffed and promised to have it shipped in 1-2 weeks at the latest. After still not receiving it I reached out on January 19th asking about it with no response. I then reached out again on January 28th for a refund and again no response. I payed $35 for a shirt and $6.95 for shipping, $41.95. My order number is ******.

    Hey you guys are shut down but I've never got my apparel, please send my money back or I'll have to get legal action involved. I have the screenshots Of the orders and the order information ready to send to my lawyer.     I ordered a product from their website in November, they charged my card, and never sent the product. They have now closed down.

    Ive spent $150.00 with Ride Clutch and have not received any merchandise. This company as stopped responding to my email attempts and has also changed their website so I cannot log into my account to check on status of my orders from August 2022.

    Reopening this complaint(#********), still haven't received my products. They say "all sales are final" but a sale is defined as "the exchange of a commodity for money". They have not exchanged the commodity, meaning they have not made a sale and all that they have done is take money from people. I would like to get my money back, as would the other hundred people who have posted complaints on the BBB. Please help us all do something about this.
