    I bought a product from the company on the website. A mystery box (platinum) i paid $150. I paid that on November 4 2022. I have yet to receive the product or a refund.

    I ordered some products from the company, I never recieved the products. I was in contact with the support back and forth and they kept telling they were shipping my items. I got a shipping number that was generated but when you look it up it is still sitting in AZ and has never been shipped. Since then the support has no longer been I'm contact and has blocked my every effort to contact them as I spent some money on products as well as done the sponsorship package program which is monthly. I can not cancle it due to when I try to go to the page it says it is no longer there. I am getting charged for items I am never going to recieve. Monthly charges at that. I have reached out through multiple media platforms and still nothing.

    On date January 12 2023 I ordered a cluch mystery box ***** was what I spent and it is still not here and pending shipping.

    Order was made on June 26 2022 for $107 I had ordered a hoodie and tshirt. My order number is #****** and Im unable to get in touch with the company about my order and they wont refund the money.

    DOT:1/9/23 Paid them $100 plus tax for a product from there store Its been 20 days since the order was sent to them They promised prompt assembly of package and delivery within 3-5 buisness days Tracking number: there is no physical tracking number they operate through a tracking app called Shop on the App Store and it has not updated since the order was sent with no response on an update Company wont respond to my emails or other customers emails who are in the same boat as me They are being fraudulent and acting like scammers

    I ordered a hoodie in October which never shipped, and a t-shirt this month. As of writing this review their website has been shut down I have not received any refunds for any of my orders and I have no one to get in contact to about getting a refund. Since they closed down shop I have no way of getting a refund and also have no way of seeing if my order is still even open. 80$ on a hoodie and 45$ on a t-shirt. I want my f****** money back

    I have been waiting for $125.85 worth of orders from Ride Clutch that has not yet been fulfilled. The first order was for a t-shirt and key chain order #****** purchased 9/22/22 totaling $83.90. The second was for another t-shirt order #****** purchased 10/12/22 totaling $41.95. The company only got back to me after I checked in on the order 12/28/22. I still have not herd back since and the business has seemingly since disappeared from the internet. I would like to receive my product or get a refund.

    I ordered a T shirt from the company and its been months since they shipped it and they took my money and I never received the product. *** purchased from them before and gotten things fine but this latest order has been trouble and it seems like the company is closing down so now Im at a loss for words, are they running off with my money? Do I have to take them to a small claims court? My order Number is #****** I either want the shirt of my money back. *** tried contacting them too only to get no response.

    I ordered an item from their website (they are primarily based off of Instagram) in September of 2022, order number #****** and after numerous emails back and forth I still have yet to get my item and they have now started ignoring me and have temporarily closed their shop after a month of not receiving the item I contacted them to which they said it will be shipped right away, another month later I contacted them again to which they said my item is no longer available and that I need to pick a new one, so I did and they said that was also gone and so after several rounds of picking an item to find out if they actually had it or not, I finally picked one that they had and I was told that they would pack my item along with several gifts for the delay, and it never came and that was the last I heard from them. They operate upon the incentive of a raffle for a dream motorcycle where you receive a number of raffle tickets based upon the amount you spend on their website, this is in fact why I bought something at all, however had I known that I was not going to get my item, then I wouldnt have done it. They have 16 reviews on ****** with people having similar stories of never getting their order and then being removed from their Instagram account when they try to contact the company. They are now temporarily closing and I feel that they have stolen lots of money from people and are now trying to run away, as there is no way to contact them at this point.
