    I had a renewal purchased for a mystery box order for August, and ordered separate shirts for a second order in September. I have not received any products nor a refund. I have asked many times through email with ***** from Ride Clutch and she exclaimed she would handle it personally. She has since ghosted me or not responded or put forth any effort to resolve my issue. Spent over $200.00. Will be going through legal action.

    Do not order from this company they will scam you out of your money. Ive read all these reviews 4 months after I ordered. I entered a raffle like everyone else bought the shirt for $35 and they never sent it and shut down there communication and their comment section on Instagram.

    They dont fulfill your order, currently waiting on 2 orders. One since October of 2022, only response I received back was they were out of stock and would be back in stock in 2 weeks. After constantly emailing about my orders they stopped responding. Do not buy anything from them!!

    I placed an order over 2 months ago, haven't received it. Says it unfulfilled but now the website is closed and there are still orders going through. You now get a site to send email when they launch....really!! When? This company needs to be looked into, they are scam and take your money. How are people still ordering? Pop *** of orders show up on the site that hasn't launched yet. Be honest and send orders out or give us our money back. Your taking everyone's money and in return not shipping the items ordered. I just want my shirt that I ordered. Give us our money back. I give them 0 stars even though it says 1. Awful company maybe we will all get a bike out of this, and a class action lawsuit on Ride Clutch. Don't order from them.

    I ordered a T-shirt from ride clutch on august 18th 2022, it is currently February 9th 2023 and I have not heard anything about my order, I sent their support an email where I was told it would be top priority but a few weeks went by and I still heard nothing so I email them again and I was told I will personally ship it out and that was December 29th, now they are not responding to emails, I also sent them multiple DMs on Instagram but they wont respond, this is the worst company ever and I definitely will not ever support them or order from then again, absolutely a scam

    I made a purchase in August 2022 and have now been ghosted. I was promised my order would be shipped out time and time again but here we are now in February and nothing. I ordered a sweatshirt and even went back and forth trying to have them ship me anything but this company is a scam. I ordered multiple items from Ride Clutch and never had any issues previously so I didnt think twice when I made my last order. Im sure this company has gone under by now but I just hope know one else gets ripped off by this garbage company. If I could give zero starts I would.

    Well I see I am not alone. Been waiting six months for a damn t-shirt. I have had great luck with RideClutch in the past- I have four of their shirts. Now they will be used to start my backyard firepit. THEIVES! Took off with my $45 and probably spent it on ******* in Vegas.

    Absolute SCAM! I ordered a couple of shirts totaling over $100 back in December 2022, and now it's 2/6/23 and I haven't gotten any update. I've tried contacting them, and get nothing. They told me on the website that I would have the shirts before Christmas and they still haven't shipped. Now, I can't even get on the website to check *** status becuase apparently they're "relaunching" the site. This is a scam. End of story. It has to be because the owner even claims that they're "A+ rated by the BBB". Which is a blatant lie. Please, have this business shut down before they "relaunch". So nobody else can be conned out of hundreds of dollars.

    I would use negative stars if i could. I Placed an order in Nov *0** and im still waiting. I asked for a refund and they said no through paypal and now I cannot get my money back. They emailed me back in Dec ************************************************* a week max * weeks and still nothing. These people are scammers.

    Sent two different orders back in early November to take advantage of their 1000 bonus point jackpot thing going on back at the time, along with prizes in every order, cost me about $90 total, late December I sent an email asking because I had never received either of my packages and when I looked on the site neither of them had even been fulfilled (not packaged) at first they responded saying due to a high volume of orders that they were struggling but would get my apparel out to me ASAP, late January rolls around and I contact once again as still neither have been fulfilled, I never got a response, so today I went to try and email again when I found out the site was down. Tried contacting through instagram but they havent updated that in over half a year and through facebook messenger they have messages blocked. DO NOT order from this site unless you enjoy spending money on air.
