    Over a year of being subscribed and not getting my order I hope no one ever purchases anything from them ever again. I have months and months of email chains saying they will get my orders shipped out first thing Monday personally but never happening. Can't believe I let myself get scammed for this long actually believing in decent humans

    Scam, they never ship out your items you buy. I ordered I'm September on 2022 and now it's feb 2023 and they won't give me my money back or reply or ship my items.

    never received my apparel from them and after months of going back and forth i tried to get my bank to get my money back and even they couldnt. so i spent $120 on nothing. Poor excuse for a business.

    I don't know what's going on I haven't received any of my orders I was on 2 Subscriptions to receive the monthly entries and items one was a silver membership and the other was platinum around 15 & over $80 a month out my debit. I've received stickers, apparel from them in the past but as of September everything has stopped no response to my emails and supposedly this is their last give away I don't know what's going on but they're not responding and they have been taking money out of my account for the past 5 months and I haven't received anything no correspondence or packages in the mail.

    Absolutely garbage of a company. Do not order products if you would like to see the merchandise this century. **************** was surprisingly responsive and helpful however it has not changed me receiving a few simple items. Order was placed in august of 2022 and now we are entering February of 2023. There is only so long stock can be an issue...

    Ive been waiting on over $150 of merchandise to ship for over a year now. At first they responded that COVID had disrupted their supply chain, but then they stopped responding altogether.

    OMG and I thought I was the only one - wow! Same here - ordered twice back to back in early November - email them weekly with no response as of today (1/25/23). Someone needs to shut them down. I'd give them ZERO stars but it won't let me - I may just pay them a visit in person when I'm vacation in ******* here soon!

    RideClutch is a poorly ran "business". It seems like the owners take the money from your orders and pocket it with no remorse or willingness to fulfill your order. I have emailed multiple times. I was answered back at first telling me that my order will go out. Just not sure when. Then they stopped emailing me back all together. The fact that they won't let me cancel my order after months of not fulfilling an order is baffling!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!

    Terrible customer service speaking to them do nothing just keep saying how theyll help and never do never sent my products and never gave a refund waste of time and money

    Placed order October 2022. Never received order and they won't issue refund either. Only way to contact company is by email which they don't reply. At this point they're just stealing people's money and by the amount of people that have lost money a class action lawsuit should ensue.
