    Placed an order and it took 2 months just to receive a tracking number, and now there has been zero update since. I have sent multiple emails to which I have been told Ill make sure its shipped out today or we are sorry, heres a code for 15% off of your next order. I have demanded a refund as I am moving and dont expect to be able to receive the package (if they ever actually send it out) before I move. This business puts out all of sweepstakes but its all just a cash-grab antic from them. This place needs to be shut down.

    Ordered two hoodies which said "In-Stock" when I purchased. It's been over 3 months now and neither has shipped. I emailed a month ago to ask wtf was going on and they asked me to be patient while they perform their awful shipping and business practices.I waited a month. Now they still can't give me a shipment date and I have requested a refund. To which they stated they don't do refunds. So, you took my money for a product you didn't physically have? Then after several months of waiting and no shipping date in mind or sight you tell me thats too bad? This company is run by criminals and the support from ***** is also a criminal. This company needs to be shut down and burned to the ground.

    Orderd over $100 worth of clothing at the beginning of August it's now the end of October and after numerous emails they are saying it has shipped but it went to the wrong address that they claim they copied and pasted. I sent a screen shot of my purchase email showing my home address not matching the address they claim it shipped to. They are basically saying tuff t** They lost my business.

    The his company is complete DIRT!! Ordered my shirt on 7-15-2022 after countless emails attempts to reach them and get my money back after months I was told All Sales are Final bullsh**. they claimed to ship the shirt and it got sent back due to insufficient address that they did it input correctly and nobody reached out to me to let me know anything or to even touch base about what was going on so after more Emails and countless times of reaching out I Finally received my shirt OVER 3 MONTHS LATER. 10-21-22 at this point I now have a product of a complete S*** company and its no way I wanna wear this to even support these guys. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME plenty of people have been waiting long enough to save up the money and buy the bikes theyre giving away lmao what a freakin disappointment!!!! 0/5 stars DO NOT BUY!!

    Wish I could give a zero star rating. This company is terrible and will not give you what you order. I have been waiting 4 months and they keep telling me the same thing over and over again. Horrible customer service and took my money without fulfilling my order. Says sales are final even though they have completed the sale. They just took my money and ran

    This company is a scam dont order anything from them. Joined their monthly mailing club and got charged 3 months in a row and didnt receive one item. If I could give them a 0 star I definitely would.

    Placed an order on 07/17/2022. Shipping label was created 09/08/2022. Status was requested on 09/16/2022. Requested another status update on 09/21/2022. 1 of the 2 product ordered is out stock with a 2 week lead time. They offered to replace it with another product. Tracking through **** still shows waiting for package as of 09/27/2021. They have a no refund policy.

    Been waiting for a hoodie to ship almost a month. They offered me 15% off my next order due to "staffing shortages", meanwhile are running an entirely new promotion to market more business they apparently can't handle. Says " usually ships in 3-5 days" were 3-5 weeks in and still waiting.

    Horrible! Satisfaction guaranteed according to their website but then says all sales are final when i ask for a refund because it has been 2 weeks without my items being shipped.
