    Along with the rest of these people I also have not received my order in 3 months and now they arent even responding to my emails. Worst company Ive had to deal with.

    Pretty much the same story as many others on here, about taking my money and not sending the merchandise. And then saying they are working on it and then they don't respond when you follow up... giving me the run around... I have email threads one of which is 45 emails back and forth until they just stopped responding all together.

    Going on 3 months without any update to my order. Out of stock, going to ship in 2 weeks, ohh this should have shipped, ill personaly ship it. Ill never do buisness with them again waist of time and money.

    Horrible just horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. You place and order and expect to get the products you paid for. Its been over a month since I ordered and even emailed to check status of my order. I was told that first they were understaffed, then after a month has passed that I should be getting a tracking number in a week, which should have happened last week. I emailed to cancel my order and get a refund and was told that all sales are final and cancelations arent allowed, which is absolute BS. I am now going to have to contact my bank to get my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

    A couple times that I have received my product its been OK. But this point Ive been waiting for four months for an order. They keep giving me some bull c*** about how my product was out of stock so theyre going to replace it with something else. Oh Ill make sure personally to go to the warehouse and make sure it gets shipped out this weekits now been another month. They refuse to cancel any orders because they have a no cancellation policy Even though they neglected to tell me that they were out of a product

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible business practices. I placed an order. Two months passed. Nothing. I emailed to see why, and got a response quickly. They said it should have been shipped long ago, and that it had been made a top priority in the warehouse to ship and I would receive tracking info by the end of the week. This never happened either. I emailed to just cancel my order and refund my purchase. They refused saying I was speaking to the manager and all sales were final. My order still has not shipped and they refuse to refund me. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank in order to try to get my money back for a silly shirt I never got. Very poor experience all around. Terrible customer service. Bad business.

    Same as everyone else. Ordered Aug 9th. Same ****, I will pack it personally, we are on it blah blah blah. Over $300 in clutch mystery boxes and all I get is no refunds and we are working on a solution. I did get a shipping label made though!! Just never left ******* must be nice to buy awesome stuff with other peoples money. SMH. Stay away from these people!

    Absolutely terrible customer service refuses to cancel the order. Its been two months since I placed it have yet to get a shipping label contacted customer service they wanted me to exchange the thing that I had specifically picked out for something else.
