      I will be notify all my vendors of the issue I am having with Zelle. My business are very important and I would hate to put my name on the line for a company who does not have the best interest for customers. I sent money to one of my vendors, the money was sent to another persons because Zelle missed a number. Now I am out of this money and they keep referring me back to my bank and my bank send me back to Zelle.

      If I could leave less than one star, I would! Zelle is nothing but a scam and they're in business to take hard-earned money from people and make it disappear without a trace! I had $950 STOLEN from my account and ********************** or BOA did nothing to get my money back. This was the 1st time I used Zelle, and I assume I was protected because I used it in my BOA banking app. ***** has not even followed up with me since I submitted a dispute case. Why are Zelle and BOA allowing so much wire fraud and scams to occur without doing anything about it? ZELLE IS A SCAM, DO NOT USE THEY WILL JUST GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIEVES. Also, our government should be ashamed of allowing this to happen. This is the worst company I ever used.

      If I could leave less than one star, I would! Zelle is nothing but a scam and they're in business to take hard earned money from people and make it disappear without a trace! I had $500 STOLEN from my account and ********************** is refusing to help because there's no refund policy. How can a company offer services without also offering some kind of protection or insurance? And better yet, how does a "company" get away with taking money from people without giving something in exchange? I do not have money to just throw away but thanks to zelle just taking money unbeknownst to me straight out of my account that they suddenly can't find so cant investigate and won't return, I did just that! Zelle is a JOKE! ITS A SCAM AND NOTHING BUT FRAUD!

      Zelle used to be a convenient way to send money between bank accounts or friends and family but if you send money to ********** theyll send you a notice stating that its processing and they could take one to three days what a way to hold onto your money I sent $2500 from my *********** account to my Chase account its processing I could take one to three days same name on both accounts just a scam oh by the way Chase Owns Zelle

      Zelle, please save your canned AI response. My daughter was scammed by someone who fraudulently created documentation from Zelle. She was robbed and the scammer is still on the line trying to get money using Zelle. He is a customer of **********************, yet ********************** will not do anything. They don't care about the people using their service. If they made half an effort, maybe not getting our money back, but stopping these criminals, the next Zelle customer might avoid being robbed of their money. You can't contact Zelle phone number lead no where. and they just send you canned letters and don't care. Terrible company that our government should shut down. Save your reply.

      Withholding my money for a month based on a transaction I personally requested ?? For a basic transfer to an account that I added myself ? Called it suspicious and now I have to wait for some pencil neck a**** to approve my transactions ? ***** execs have really taken kickbacks and gotten fat and rich to allow this company to control my cash which is a clear middle finger to the people in general. It deserves its 1 star reviews and will receive another your welcome.

      I would give Zelle a negative if I could honestly. Zelle banned my number and email accusing me of fraud when I was receiving money to assist with paying for a funeral. I know they wont take responsibility.

      I've received money via Zelle, but am unable to send it. Their confirmation text messages never reach me. **** swears that the texts are not being sent. ******* ****** Bank says they are. What is a customer to do? What's worse is that once the texts fail, you're transfer is stuck for days and you can't even try to restart the process. Overall, a horribly mis-designed system that's probably convenient for the banks but awful for consumers.

      Scam of a company that tries to blame others for their sketchiness and theft(YES, Zelle, you). Will happily take your money (and personal info) within seconds and then leave you with radio silence for an easy 2 weeks with no knowledge of where your money has gone, either sending or receiving. Not customer accessible when it comes to support. Would leave negative stars if possible. Someone needs to seriously investigate this company and probably shut it down. Any replies by them made to this will simply be a confirmation of their lies and fraudulent behavior. Keep your boiler plate attempt of an excuse to yourself.

      Zelle is another form of BIG BROTHER who is simply too big to look at specific cases and make determinations. I've been accused of FRAUD, while receiving a payment via Zelle. I've spent hours on the phone with my bank, Zelle, and the bank that Zelle "claims" filed a fraud report. THAT BANK says they did not file a claim.The SENDER says they did not file a claim.MY BANK says they did not file a claim.Yet my "tokens" remain frozen. ZELLE, in a phone call today, says that unfortunately since "someone" claimed fraud on my Zelle account, ********************** has permanently frozen my tokens and therefore my account. And once frozen, my ZELLE TOKENS can NEVER be reinstated.May ZELLE burn in H*** Hey! That rhymes!!!! Best thing that's happened with Zelle, ever. Rhyming with ****, their home-office space.
