      In May of this year I was told about a company called progress Rental I had a house a couple of houses approved through them. There was always an issue with something in the homes I choose. I moved from ********* to ****** that House was not ready when I got here I actually had to go to the office and say hey this house is not ready My children and I spent 3 1/2 weeks homeless living in a hotel that my brother had to pay for mustve had to sit all the moving truck for days and days and days that I have to pay extra for that she do this Alysha who I spoke to the supervisor she do all of this and she didnt care she kept playing around with the house is kept giving me the runaround kept giving me different excuses as to why this house with the radio that house I chose was ready they even gave one of the houses I chose to someone else because she didnt put the proper paperwork in when I specifically told her which house I would it she played a lot of games and did a lot of things to make sure that we were homeless at a hotel I canceled the application and asked for my deposit back they agreed to give me my deposit back I have the emails and text messages and I still have yet to see It and I keep asking alesha what is going on with it and Im not getting an a** rest of what Im gonna get myself my refund from Them at all I keep getting is games so that is why Ive contacted you guys Ive also got a contact the *** as well because I have his number but this is ridiculous its been over a month and I still havent got the $250 back Im tired of asking of tired of calling you every time I call the ignore me or she ignores me. This company has cost me thousands and thousands of dollars we were literally homeless we had a Food each other that they knew I was coming from a different state they knew when I was coming and they played me for my time. I was promised multiple days where I would be able to move in to a home they were never ready was always excuse $250 is owed

      This company had a townhome listed as available to rent on ***********, that my clients and I separately drove over an hour to see. When we got there, there was no lockbox on the door, and I called the company to find out that it was rented. They could have easily adjusted this in showing time, so that we didn't waste our time and $ on gas, and offered very little apology for their error.

      On 6/1/22 I moved out of ***************************************************************** I made a video just incase they tried something. I had the yard work done on 5/5/22 for ****** The men who done the work only gave me a card with the amount paid. I also had the carpet cleaned with receipt. I was told by the walk through guy for Progress that the drywall damage shouldn't be anymore then 15 to 20 dollars each from 3 TVs being mounted. I was also told they would look at how long I've lived in the home. After loosing family member to covid, I fell on hard times. I owed ***** in back rent and utilities. On 6/4/22 The **************** paid Progress over ******** They also paid the rent for July I'm on full disability how can this company be so dishonest ? Why can the be held accountable to do the right thing. They owe me my deposit and I want it back with interest. The stress from this company is truly evil!On 7/7/22 I received a VIOLATION NOTICE for Trailers and vehicles! remember I moved out 6/1/22 the stress continues. Is this not a case of FRAUD ? please help.

      The air conditioning is not working in our rental home that we rent from Progress Residential. Under Progress's website it states that if the temperature in your home is above 85 degrees then it is an emergency service that is suppose to be handled immediately. I have called the emergency number three times and they keep telling me the same thing, that someone will call in a couple minutes to come out, and nobody calls. This has been going on for 3 days now.
