      Your worst nightmare progress residential. I was very excited when found the right house for me in my family for rent. Then we pay 250 to remove the house from listing. Home supposed to be ready 12 July, we apply May 25th. Okay we request move till 22 of July to give more rom to make some improvements, and wait another month to month leasing in my previous apartment. Then I received text messages informing me, the house will be ready 31th July. When I call customer service, no body confirm the move in day was pushed forward. Then I notified my landlord confirming my move out notice. And one week later, I received another text message saying same thing home be ready 31th July. Well finally somebody confirmed this was correct. Now I had to talk to my actual apartment complex needed more time. Now house is supposed to be ready 5th August. This company don't deserve any chanse from anybody. I finally found I home through Invitation homes in one week. This guys really know what they're doing.

      Where is my security deposit!!!!!! THE WORST COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY TO RENT WITH!!!!! BAD COMMUNICATION, 5 ***S WITH NO AC AT HOME NOBODY CAME TO HELP US. 5th *** THEY SEND A RUDE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS MAD BECAUSE THEY SEND THEM AT 5pm TO CHECK OUR AC. COMPENSATION WAS 100$ BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO PUT US ON A HOTEL WITH 2 babies 19 months old!!! Horriblee!!! horriblee!!!!experience with this company. AND NOW THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO CHARGE US 2,018.46$ for INTERIOR PAINT ( walls , door and trim). WHEN WE KNOW WE LEFT THE HOUSE IN EXTREMELY PERFECT AND CLEAN CONDITION. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO DO EVERYTHING TO NO GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. WE HAVE PROOF VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF HOW WE LEFT THE HOUSE. *** BEFORE THE *** WE WERE LEAVING SOMEBODY FROM THIS COMPANY CALL TO LET US KNOW THAT WE DIDNT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ANY DAMAGES THAT THEY WILL FIX AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM OUT DEPOSIT I REPLY TO HER THAT IT WAS NOT GOING TO BE A PROBLEM BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS A HANDYMAD AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE LITTLE WHOLES THAT WE OPEN TO PUT UP OUR TVS AND OTHER FRAMES. TO*** AFTER MAY 24 WE GOT IN OUR MAIL BOOK A LATER STATING THAT WE NEED TO PAY ****** $ PLUS OUR DEPOSIT 1725$ FOR PAINT THIS SOUNDS LIKE A TOTAL COMPANY FULL OF BURGLARS. MY HUSBAND TOOK HIS TIME TO FIX EVERYTHING TRIM AND BOUGHT THE EXACT SAME PAINT IN ********** FOR EVERYTHING TO BE PERFECT AND WE LEFT THE HOUSE CLEAN. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS ANYBODY TO STAY AWAY FROM RENTING WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

      Worst, it takes forever to get help or talk to a human, then they promised in a contract of a working house but ac failed to work leaking plumbing pipes, holes in ceiling not fixed, gutters clogged up so cant open windows cause water pours in. These are a few things. They failed to walk through and check out house with us , they left no instructions on appliances. This is the worst of the worst. Then they expect you to be at home to do repairs but they want reimburse you for your time but they say they can have them come in with code when not there. Who can trust someone in your home and no one there. What a c*** piece of company. Make sure the contract says they reimburse for all these issues. They are fraudulent in their ways

      My husband and I are both teachers and we have three boys we are raising. We have been living in a progress residential home for three years. We have endured cold nights here because there was no heater installed in the house, our garage fell and we called emergency maintenance no one came until the following day (so here we are with our house open to the public). Anyway, we are not fussy people so we rolled with it. Well, fast forward to three years we are struggling to pay our July rent, seeing that I have covid and suffer from severe symptoms. My husband is the only one working so we are struggling to pay July's rent. we have called and we were told to apply for rental assistance. We go to apply and no one is accepting applications. We inform progress that no one is accepting applications and she basically says that's all that she can do. However, on the website, it says that payment plans can be made, and rental assistance is available. nothing was offered to us nor is anyone trying to help. Therefore this seems like false advertising. It ***** because we have been here for three years and have always paid the one time we are in need of assistance there is a problem. We even offered to pay both July and August rent in August and still no compromise or assistance.

      I would NOT recommend renting from the company. Back in April we were locked out of the *** gate entrance due to the dues not being paid. I had to follow up 3 times for 3 weeks before the fines were paid and we were able to enter the gate as a resident. On June 13 I called in my ** because it was not cooling past 78 degrees ( I live in FL) and my electric **** jumped from $302 to $412. On June 15 a tech from progress came out and said he needed to send out a 3rd party company to clean the coil. On June 21st I called to follow up (I was on hold for 55 minutes) and the rep said she would open a case and someone would call me. When July rolled around I heard nothing. I emailed on July 3rd and July 9th. Then on July 12th I called back again. They tried to send a tech out again and I explained what was going on. July 13th an ** company came and just took pictures. I called Progress and was told all I could do was contact the ** company at this point. It is July 19th and we still have no air and the my electric **** is still $400. No one has contacted me. Also we have reported our pool pavers are loose (trip hazard) and the inside of the pool is so rough if you fall it will literally make you bleed. I was told they noted the account. I have have not heard from anyone and when I call I am told I am call the "corporates number". After 3 years I can whole heartily say DO NOT move into one of their houses. I am a property manager so I get things to a degree, but over a month in FL with the air not working and not reaching out to a customer when you ask is horrible business and management.

      I am sorry I cant rate it lower I am sorry I cant rate it lower. Wait times 8 minutes are 45 minutes. 37 minutes more than 1:30 minutes. Agents wont give an extension to call back on or an email. Get disconnected when there seems to be a conflict. An agent yesterday hung up on me. If you ****** poor customer service this would be the all-time leader. If you are considering renting from them, dont. If you do, read the entire contract and carefully consider the implications of what you are doing. Stay away!

      Wow where do I begin? Im being charged for not having renters insurance even though I have it, late fees even though my rent is being paid on time. Double charged for a deposit because I was told they couldnt initially find my deposit, currently cant pay my rent online but no resolution as to why Ive called multiple times to be left on hold for hours and stay in automated ****, I choose the option to be called back however the call is never returned, if I get someone Im constantly transferred and still absolutely no resolution. This is absolutely the worst rental experience Ive ever experienced and trust me they dont give a f*** I should have come here first and read the reviews. I need a lawyer just to ensure I get my deposit back when this god awful lease is up. I wish I could leave no stars
