I emailed the *** previously and have heard nothing back, either it was not the right email or they do not care. This company will now lose thousands that i and other spend with them as they continue to use ************** to represent their customers. Synchrony recently closed every one of my accounts to include Discount. My credit score was about 750 before this with my Lowes having a limit of 30k, Discount 20k and so on. None of my Synchrony cards have ever been charged at *** and at the most maybe 20 percent when it was Lowes. I owed less than 3k on Lowes that was paid off before recent charges due to remodeling project. I spoke to Synchrony executives and they stated it wasnt due to my credit report or payment history which is immaculate. Just the week before I asked *********** Citibank, to increase my line and they gave me about a 20k increase and this was before about 20k in credit card pay offs had been sent so it didnt reflect on the credit report. Obviously that wasnt a big deal to Citi. But i asked for a credit line increase on my Lowes as well and the automated system gave it to me a 10k increase. Synchrony has some seriously bad reviews all over ************* the BBB and etc that obviously no one at Discount has looked at. This bank is costing you customers and profits. Synchrony lost Wal Mart which now has my Mastercard. I now will be spending money with your competitors . You should really look into better options for your customers than this bank and if you ever change to someone like CITI, Chase, Discover i would reopen a Discount card in a heart beat. ************* is worst and Discover is better than all. I have cards with everyone but Comenity and now Synchrony whose offices must be located next to the city waste water treatment plant. They canceled my cards for no reason and their basic PR BS they will give you.Business Response

On July 7th I placed an order online(5001217250) for a set of tires and I also did an appointment for install on July 9th in the am. On July 8th I received a call (2:30pm) from ****** at Discount Tires asking if I wanted to come in that same day to get the tires installed. I asked how long of a wait time I should expect which ****** advised that once I arrive that I should be out within ***** minutes. So I advised that I lived a few minutes away and that I can arrive within 10 minutes and ****** advised that this time frame works for him and to come on down to the store. Once I arrived at 2:40pm I checked in with Mikey and also I advised Mikey that once done with the install of my new tires that I wanted to take the used tires with me. After Mikey officially checked me in he advised me to sit down and I should be out soon. I of course sit down and wait. Now after waiting 45 minutes I got back in line to ask about my service. I told the representative that when I received the phone call to come in today that I would be out the door within ***** minutes but I have already been waiting 45 minutes and I had yet to see my car come in for the swap out of the tires. The representative checked with servicing and came back to advise that my car is next to get serviced & he apologized for the inconvenience. I ask the guy if the manager was available hitch he said he was, but because I was already irate I told the guy to have the manager call me later today, if not tomorrow to discuss my issue. After finally getting my car serviced I am notified that my car is ready, but as Im about to leave I noticed the used tires that I wanted to take where not in the car. So then I proceed to wait another 5 minutes to have my tires located & loaded in my car. Service as you can see was horrible & after seeing my credit card statement my refund for taking my own tires with me was not given. At a minimum the tire recycling fee should not be charged, but I feel a higher refund is warranted.Business Response

I recently got 4 new tires to change my old Toyo tires that was at its end of the thread life with a Yokohama Avid Ascent GT for my ********** Outlander 2017 ES 2.4cyclinder 4WD on July 1, 2022. Drove off the lot and everything was good, took my car out for a drive on July 2, 2022 to ******* and nothing also. Then took my car out for a drive on July 3,2022 to *************** and then **** ***** and nothing. Stayed home on July 4, 2022 as the holiday pass by. Then on Tuesday of this week on July 5, 2022 as I went to gym in the morning around 10AM did I realized the tire (****) sensor starts blinking. I called Discount Tire and ******* said to bring it in. I stop by after the gym around 3PM and he said that it could of been the **** installed incorrectly. Then when I went into work on July 6, 2022, I check my tires before driving out and putting in air to the *** indicated on my car placard of 35 ***. I got off of work and notices that it looks like it is leaking air. So I got to the shop around 4pm and spend 2 hours for the entire store figuring out what was going on. The Mgr **** and ******* told me to come back when they will call when they get the right equipment to program the ****. I got frustrated and went to ******************* as I was desperate to drive a safe vehicle. The gentleman there stated that they may have broken a sensor. That someting about the *** in the *** reader can not figure. Called ******************************************** today and they said for such a service with one technician it be ways out. I have no time. But worst of all is the actual compaint against Discount Tires. Not only I felt discrimated by all there staff except **************** But it felt racist in there services. They also left scratches on all my rims when I have seen none from the first time I got my wheels change from them and the days that followed.Business Response

Wheel was brought to mount on new tire. Vehicle was not moved since December 21. After pickup of tire on Saturday 7/09 the tire went flat within hours. Brought tire back in store for exchange and when picked up we were told rim damage due to fall. Rim however shows damage that was not present before and also appears to be attempted to be fixed. Damage is around 300-400$ as rim is oem **** ram **** 5.7 l **** rim. Were told that issue must have occurred over past couple months but as stated, vehicle was not used and no other rim shows any damageBusiness Response

On June 24th @ approx 12:30pm Discount tire ******** **. To change my tires they Lifted my 95 gmc truck with the car lift and bent the frame *****/manager seen them **** the frame. It was estamated $3000-5000 to straighten at the gm dealer in ********. My 2007 ****** ********* sustain frame damage also which is estamated $7000 because they bent the frame all the way to my motorcycle rack. They are not supposed to put any truck on the car lift. Trucks are to be lifted from each corner especially if they have cargo. I had to drop off the ****** in ********* ****** because both frames where damaged. They had me drive my unsafe vehicle all the way home like this to ******. They put on smaller tires than recommend also, 255/55 r18 should be 265/60 r18. Shame on them using safety as there advertisement but making my vehicle unsafe for the road. My father is retired military whom bought the tires for me and they didn't even give him a discount Invoice # *******.Business Response

On July 6th I went to Discount Tire (401 ******************************************************************* ) for a new set of tires. The team pulled my vehicle in and started the process of replacing the tires. After some time a service tech updated me on the process and told me that they broke the lug nuts off inside the hub of the tire. They told me they would have to tow my vehicle to Christian ******** to have it serviced. I told them this incident came at a big inconvenience to me and my work schedule. I explained to them that due to my job this is causing me to lose out on earnings. I asked for compensation for my loss of wage and time. They initially declined and I asked to speak to a manager. Once the manager was informed he inspected my vehicle and called the towing company. Once the towing company arrived we both recorded a video of my vehicle. As I recorded the video I noticed my rims were scratched and damaged. The manager approached me and explained what needed to be done to my vehicle. I agreed to have it towed. He asked what I thought was a reasonable compensation to rectify the issue. I told him my tires should come free due to my loss of wage and also my rims are damaged. He stated that he could file a claim but that I was wasting my time. I stated that he should still file the claim. After filing he returned and stated the tires would be covered. I asked about the rims and he stated that he thought the cost of the tires was all I was requesting. I then told him no and that I would contact the regional office. On July 8th I contacted the regional office and filed a complaint. I was informed that the regional manager would contact me. I instead got a call from the same store manager I filed the complaint against. He asked me to bring my vehicle to the shop. At the shop he inspected the tires and stated that it was due to curve damage. I told him my rims did not look like this before being serviced here. It appears management is not willing to compensate for all damages.Business Response

I ordered 2 tires on June 26th and was charged ****** from tires.com (which is Discount Tires online service) The first available appt according to Discount Tires website was July 6th at 9am. I was then charged again on July 4th at 4am for the same amount of ******. I called Discount Tire to ask why I was being double charged for the tires and I have not even had the service done. The manager **** (very nice gentleman) contacted tires.com and they proceeded to tell him that they pull authorizations every 7 days until the work is complete and the original ticket is closed out and then all the other authorizations would fall off. In my opinion this is theft. It has now been several days and the charge of ****** from June 26th is still showing pending through from my bank and the money is still being held from my bank account. I called my bank and they told me that since the vendor authorized the charge then they would have to be the one to release the funds back to my card. There is no place on the website that says they will continue authorizing online credit card orders for the amount of the order every 7 days until the work is complete. I just want my ****** dollars back. Any help would be greatly appreciatedBusiness Response
