      On June ******* I went to Discount Tire and purchased 4 tires. These are the 3rd set over past 10 years I bought from them.I was told it may be a wait. Ok I thought ....I can wait. This was at 11:00am.I waited and watched them take care of walk in after walking in. One customer was a very pretty young woman with a joyful affect. She was immediately serviced and left within ************************************************ and receive immediate assistance. I requested a refund at 1:50 pm. They scampered about and said they would take care of me next instead of giving me my refund. Now I have left....my front left tire seems to have a leak and is wobbling horribly. I can't believe I have to go back. This business is horrible. I will not give them my business again. I encourage people DO NOT USE LEBANON DISCOUNT TIRE. I now know what discrimination feels like. It is not a good feeling.

      On 06May2025 I took my vehicle into Discount Tire at ********************************* for a routine tire rotation appointment. At the conclusion of my service, a technician approached me to tell me that a tire cap on my vehicle had been broken during the service. I was told that a replacement was going to be ordered that same day and I would be called when it was delivered to the store to pick up which was estimated to be about 1 week. On 20May I called Discount Tire to check on the status of the replacement as I had not heard. I was told the replacement would be delivered closer to the end of the week and I would be called when it arrived. I called again on 06June to ask again about the status of the replacement item and if there was a record of the part having been ordered. I asked why I had not received any follow up and expressed my concern over the lack of customer service on notification and feeling lied to multiple times. I was told the employee who was to follow up had been going through family issues and had been spotty with attendance at work. I was asked to take a picture of the replacement part and email to the store so it could be re-ordered. At this point, I would like to be re-imbursed for the replacement part. As a customer, it is inappropriate to be asked to do the job I was told would be completed with no follow up or apology.

      A couple of weeks ago, I brought my 2013 **** Edge to your Hendersonville store to have the tires rotated and balanced. The salesman took my information and keys, then he went out to my car to inspect the car's tires. He never talked to me about the status or anything about the car's tires. After half an hour, I asked another salesman about my tires to get information on how they are performing. Also told him I put 32 PSI in the tires not 35 PSI. The next day I noticed my right front wheel had a crack. I contacted the store and texted pictures of the crack. Never heard back from the store so drove back to the store to show them the crack. The store manager took more photos of the crack. Again, never heard from the store. I called the store and told the salesman to make sure the store manager called me back the next day he was there. The store manager finally called me and I told him the problem again. Still haven't heard back from him, so I'm filing a BBB complaint. The salesman didn't make any notice about the damage, so I believe the damage was caused by the store. I'm seeking repair or replacement of the wheel.

      We bought a new vehicle in about March of 2025, noticed the tires were destroyed from alignment issues. There were wires poking out. So we brought it to discount tire to replace the back two and them KNOWING they don't do alignment said they would get the problem fixed. Here we are a few months later putting some parts on and notice wires sticking out AGAIN. If you can't fing fix an issue then say it. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW THEY NEED ALIGNMENT DONE. You are nothing but thieves. Brought the vehicle into the store to try to come to a resolution and had to buy two new ones. No discount. Nothing! This is unacceptable business practice. Not to mention just very negligent of people's lives. What happens if one of those tires pops on the highway. We have children in the car. These workers here are morons.

      Complaint Summary I am filing this complaint due to Discount Tires repeated failure to resolve a missing center cap they lost during service, and their continued broken promises to replace it. The missing part is a Level 8 Motorsports chrome center cap (part number C-323-1 / product code *****) with white LEVEL 8 lettering and carbon-fiber background. They also lost the mounting bolts.Timeline of Events May 19, 2025 I visited the store after being told the cap was lost. I personally searched through their bin but found nothing. A manager (name not provided) promised to have it delivered the next day. No follow-up occurred.May 22 I followed up and was told that manager had been transferred. The new contact promised to order the cap and bolts and follow up. That did not happen.June 2 I was told another manager had been transferred and someone named Sienna was assigned to the case. I never heard from her.June 3 I followed up again and received no response.Despite seven documented calls and texts, one in-person visit, and extensive personal effort, the issue remains unresolved.Part Unavailable Creates Additional Cost to Me After extensive research, I confirmed that the exact part Level 8 Motorsports C-323-1 / ***** chrome with white lettering is no longer available as a single replacement.       On 7/26/24, I purchased a set of new tires from Discount Tires along with a certificate for refund/replacement. I was told if something happened to any of the tires that I could receive a replacement free of charge.On 5/3/25, I took my vehicle in for a tire inspection as one of the tires was leaking air and had damage on the sidewall. It was my understanding that since I purchased a certificate that I would not incur an out-of-pocket expense for a replacement tire. I was told by Salesperson ****** that I had to purchase a certificate for the new tire. ****** was the same salesperson that sold me the new tires initially. He did not disclose that I would have to purchase a new certificate for a replacement tire. This was a misleading sales practice used to persuade me to buy the certificate(s) that I otherwise would not have purchased.I am seeking a refund in the amount of $47.29. The original certificate I purchased should have been transferred over to the new tire.

      I scheduled an appointment for a seasonal tire rotation on Tuesday, 5/27/2025. I wasn't quoted a price until I completed the order. However, upon completion, the top-right corner of their web site said $0.Upon arrival for my appointment, they had quoted me $92 for the tire swap, stating that the price says $0 on the web site because they have to "inspect the tires" to know what kind of service was needed.The ideal resolution would be to quote the $92 on their site up front, with an asterisk if necessary, indicating that the quote was contingent of not any additional issues. It could be argued that they would not charge anything considering how quick the service is and that they could easily get add-on sales in-store. For example, I had considered replacing my wipers and I'm sure they'd find "additional issues" if folks aren't keeping up with their vehicle maintenance.Regardless, finding out the price the moment they're ready to swipe the credit card seems pushy and deceitful considering the only price I saw online was the $0 one, and the representative inside indicated that this has happened several times.

      On 5/24/25, we took our vehicle to Discount Tire **********, **, to replace the front passenger tire, as advised during a prior visit due to worn tread. The new tire was installed, and the other tires were checked for proper PSI. The next morning, a dashboard alert showed the same tire was critically low at 17 PSI (recommended: 35). We inflated it to 29 PSI, but it lost pressure again. May 26th, it had dropped to 20PSI. We discovered visible spacing between the tire and rim, indicating a improper seal. As the store was closed for the holiday, we emailed ************* and Manager *** ********. On May 27th, Mr. ******** called and invited us to return for inspection of the tire. At the store, an employee acknowledged the tire felt unusually stiff and explained they often overinflate and deflate to ensure a proper seal. He suspected it may not have sealed completely and offered to reseal it, indicating the original installation may have been flawed. Minutes later, another employee returned with the tire, asserting it was not a seal issue but a hairline crack in the rim, and quickly denied responsibility, blaming a pothole. I asked, if this was an existing problem, why wasnt it noticed during the initial tire replacement or balancing process and received vague responses with no accountability. This issue posed a serious safety risk, as the leak began the same night the tire was installed. There were no prior rim issues with the original tire, indicating the installation likely caused or failed to detect the problem. Additionally, my *** valve caps were removed and not replaced and no one knew what happened to those either. I requested to speak with Mr. ******** but was told he was unavailable. He later called my husband but offered no resolution. I was not provided any repair options or even a temporary fix just air refilled in the leaking tire. Attached is a copy of the purchase receipt, and we also have photos and video showing the gap between the rim and the tire.

      Good evening

      I am responding to an email I received today,  June 2nd, citing my lack of response and therefore closing the complaint. 
      It was my understanding that I had 5 calendar days to respond,  which, today, June 2nd would've counted as the 5th day. 
      I had not yet provided a response while awaiting an actual call or email from the business within 2 business days as they stated in their response.  As of today,  I have not received any additional communication from discount tire regarding my complaint. Again,  citing the reason I could not in all fairness agree or dospute their response.

      The tire had less than five thousand miles on it and developed a bubble on the sidewall after I think I hit a pothole. The guy who looked at it said it was from a curb and it would have to be replaced at full price. I know I never hit a curb. I also know Discount Tire gets a lot of traffic and just one customer won't make a difference, but I think this was horrible customer service. I expected more than a few thousand miles out of the tires after I bought the new set of four and now I am wondering about the remaining tires as well since one didn't even make it to the first rotation. I am very disappointed and will not be recommending Discount to friends and family. I also tried to contact their customer service department through email and never heard back from them.

      I did receive a voicemail from "***" in the morning on 5/28/2025 indicating that he had returned from vacation and that he'd love to discuss a question I had about a warranty on a tire. I tried to return his call but could not get the call to go through. I never heard back from anyone on the issue.
