  I ordered wheels and tires for my husbands SUV on 6/14 and he was able to get them installed while waiting in the shop on 6/18. There was no down time and the process was fast/easy. The shop was about 30 minutes behind what they quoted for the service to be completed but thats not too bad. Would definitely come here again!

  I waited to post this until the issue resolved for the most part. I came in to have the wheels on my vehicle balanced. The issue I had is after having the work completed I washed my vehicle and found multiple scratches on 3 of the wheels from them scraping the wheel weights off. You could clearly follow the path on both inside and outside faces of the wheels leading to where the old weights were. I contacted corporate and they were helpful in listening and telling me the next steps and passing my information to the store manager. I came in the following day to speak with ********* (Store Manager) about the issue and show him the damage. He was dismissive and seemed to just want us gone. He couldn't be bothered to listen to our concerns and within a few seconds decided it wasn't "his guys". I asked if we could watch the video of the work being done on my vehicle and was told they have no cameras. I have never seen a shop that doesn't have cameras, I can't recall going into ANY business that doesn't have a camera. He wouldn't even show us the tool they use to remove the wheel weights. He stated he would contact corporate about the issue to start a claim but didn't bother to even take photos. I had to contact corporate several times over the issue and after the initial contact I had with the company that manages their claims it seems that we waited before submitting what he needed to. I guess we weren't worth his time. These wheels were fairly new and had only been touched by this location, they installed them fresh out of the box. Shortly before this we had just thoroughly cleaned them and knew that damage was not there.I do want to give Fleet Response that handles the claims their credit where credit is due. They handled it professionally and took care of the damage. I appreciate Fleet Response and Corporate, they stepped up and took care of it where the store manager blew us off.

  6/2/25.Went to location ******** and **** ** changed two tires.Drove away and the orange sign came up and advising to check pressurewent back to the same location they stated that there was nothing wrong with it Decided to go to discount tire on ************ at ********, the staff found out that the sensor were broken, it was replaced quickly with no charges.Staff were very helpful and kind specially Mundo he was very kind knowledgeable and professional with me and all ************ opinion that the whole crew at that location were incredible.

  Had 2 front tires put on my daughter's vehicle for the drive back home to **. In 1 week (less than that actual driving time) her front driver tire flew off and caused almost $3k damage to the vehicle. Filed a complaint with DT and their insurance adjuster denied it, and instead offered a $1k "good will concession" if I would sign a release of liability form. Our mechanic said it was definitely DT negligence as evidenced by the bolt damage as well as the lug nuts on the passenger front tire as they were also not properly tightened and the tire would have come off later. Now I need to seek litigation and have no means to pay for vehicle repair. I guess Discount Tire's service guarantee is " we guarantee tires we put on will stay on your car for only 1 week or ***** miles."

  The tire reviews seem either fake or they filter out all the negative feedback. For instance, the Pirrely 275/55 R21 116H tire was explicitly created for the Rivian R1T three years ago, and there are no reviews from Rivian owners. Additionally, the fact that the Pirelli tire does not come with any tread warranty speaks volumes. On the other hand, the ******** Defender LTX M/S 275/55 R21 116H XL BSW has only been on the market for less than a year, yet it has received numerous positive reviews. This tire is the only other competitor in that size, alongside the *******. And again, no reviews from ****** owners

  We bought tires from here for the cheap price and free alignment and balance after purchase. Every single time we've gone, something turns out wrong, and I'm not even exaggerating. One time they balanced it wrong. Another time they said the truck was done, and when I got the vehicle back I saw the spare tire on. When I asked about it, the said they couldn't work on it because the tire wasn't in stock, and most recently, the over torqued the lug nuts and we had to take it to a mechanic to fix it, then take it back to get the balance they never did. After taking it back, on the way home, we noticed the hood was unlatched. We had to pull over and close it before it opened on the expwy. Horrible horrible service! Do not risk your life taking it to this business.

  Ive been using this location for ************************************ there again. Took my car to get new tires on and they damaged the front bumper. ******, the manager said theyd take responsibility and hed file a claim for me. Corporate came back and denied the claim saying I couldnt prove it was them and the store is disputing it. Im VERY meticulous about my car and noticed the damage the same day. They sent me an insulting $200 to cover my inconvenience. What is that going to do?!? Im disgusted. Dont take your car here if you value it.

  I was disappointed by my visit today. I say this as a long time customer who has recommended ********************** to a great many friends and acquaintances. I made a 10am Appointment for tire rotation (normally less than 20 minutes' work) and showed up 15 minutes early. Got checked in and was told my car would be ready by 11:44am. That was a BLOW and it left me wondering "What does an Appointment mean at Discount Tire?" I wondered "What if I'd just arrived at 9:45am without an Appointment?" I don't know, of course. So, my 10am Appointment time came and went with the car still sitting outside. It was finally pulled into the service bay at 10:44am, so then I'm wondering how long it will take to finish, but sure enough the work was finished well inside of 20 minutes and the car was ready to go.Discount Tire needs to make CLEAR in their customer facing Appointment procedure what it is that makes the Appointment worth doing. In my case today, NUMEROUS vehicles were completed, opening service bays that could take my car, in more than one case, I observed vehicles that had arrived later than me being pulled in ahead of me. So, I spent a LOT of time sitting there growing more frustrated about a company that I'd grown to rely on for more than 10 sets of tires in previous purchases and EASILY sent more than 10 other customers to them on the strength of my recommendations. NO MORE. The trust is broken. I can also say that I was really disappointed at the BBB Rating for this company of 1.3 stars and the reviews tell too many stories similar to mine.

  Deceptive Ads - Discount Tire, Arizona also known as America's Tire in California, is not a BBB accredited business for good reason. Discount Tire advertises " if you are not satisfied with one of or tires, bring them back", the deception/implication is you will get a credit: NOT SO. NO CREDIT for the unsatisfactory tire you purchased from Discount, Discount will sell you a replacement set at full price. Discount is NO DIFFERENT from most tire retailers.
