    I cant believe Im seeing all these negative reviews, I have used CDKeys for years and never had the problems Im reading here.

    ****** company will double charge you for a failed transaction and then not send you the code. I ordered Metaphor which came out on the 10th and CDkeys charged me for both the processed transaction as well as the transaction that failed. They then sent me a link where the code is stuck as "PENDING" so I basically got robbed for $130. Contacted their support and they've been a nightmare. You should avoid this company like the plague.

    The game I ordered (Silent Hill 2 Remake) was advertised to come with a 48-hour early access, which I did not receive, along with the pre-order bonus. This is the reason why I chose to buy from them. I then ordered from GreenManGaming and received the early-access immediately. ****** clearly promoted the early-access ***** on their site in order to get people to order the game from them. Ultimately, I didn't get what I paid for. I will never again buy from ****** or any of its affiliates.

    I ordered 3 months of Xbox GamePass Ultimate, they charged me but never delivered the email with the code. So they charged me for a product that they did not provide to me. Then I tried to contact them and have just been going back and forth looking for a resolution but they keep delaying and saying theyre looking into it. Its simple, you charged for a product - you deliver said product.

    I pre-ordered Warhammer ******: Space Marine 2 - Ultra Edition, it releases on the 5th in the morning its 7:30 pm no still says available soon with zero info from customer service review on past pre-ordered games say they gate kept the game to the release date skipping early access the game promised, it is false advertisement I'm refunding don't pre-order.

    Been buying for yearssss, SO many games. Bought a $3 game from them, immediately go to redeem the key and it says already activated. I send a ticket with screenshots and everything and buy another key that ends up working. They message back saying I was the only one sent the code and that it was valid and unused when sent and asked for screenshots of things I already sent them. Messages ignored now and they're refusing to refund. AVOID. Thank goodness it was only a $3 game.....

    These guys used to be decent but they just screwed me. Situation - Brought 3 Month Xbox gamepass Ultimate for my cousin as a gift. ******************************************************************************. I tried to input the code not even a hour later and got a message saying the code was already used. I had him re-attempt it and he received the same result. I told him to screenshot the message and send it to me. I also sent him the 3 month subscription threw Xbox.com cause i felt like a idiot giving someone a already used code as a gift. I contacted CDKeys right away with the issue and they told me to Submit the error message with screenshot along with my most recent ********* transaction history. I sent them that information as well. 8 days pass & then they send me this message. - "We've checked your order and can confirm that this code was sent only to you, and was valid and unused when sent. Your order history screenshot also shows 2 different users. In this instance, we recommend contacting Xbox support directly, and they have access to your account and will be best placed to assist you. You can contact them by visiting ***********************************. Please ask them the exact date and time when the code was used to verify this. Once you receive a reply, you may get back to us with a screenshot of your conversation with Xbox support."I contacted ********* like they asked and this is what they said - I hope this email finds you well.In line with your case [#], I regret to inform you that the query you have for the code [CODE] is no longer available for redemption since before the purchase date. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for this.As part of the resolution, we recommend requesting a replacement code or a refund from the retailer. This will help you get the most out of your purchase. Please reach out to them at your earliest convenience to discuss this matter further."Avoid this company.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought a sharkcard from them and it did not work. As advertised the shark card was in game currency. It did not work bc the game was included and I have the game already installed. When asked for a refund they are giving me a runaround. Will never do business with this website again.
