  I recently purchased a game code and attempted to redeem it, but encountered an error indicating that it was invalid. Despite reaching out to support on multiple occasions, I received only a generic response and no concrete resolution to the issue. Even after making numerous attempts to redeem the code, there was no discernible effort made on their end to resolve the error. It was only after I initiated a refund request that the code suddenly showed up as being redeemed. However, I have yet to receive any update regarding either my refund request or my request to address the underlying issue with the game code. Overall, my experience with their support team has been quite frustrating and unprofessional.

  They have the worst customer service. I bought game from them last month. They gave me digital download copy for my PC, it was duplicate code that said its already been used and unable to download via Steam. I was never able to download the game. I explained what took place via EMAIL and I messaged them numerous times, I requested a full refund because of what took place. They emailed me back saying we will look into refund. After 5 days they respond back saying since we didn't hear back from you, we are closing this out and I never received any other emails after they responded back about refund, messaged them again, I get same response. Weeks go by, so I had to dispute the charges with my bank and luckily my bank looked into it and refunded me back. They have the worst customer service. I just wanted to let you guys know, if problem takes place, they don't follow through properly and refuse to refund back the money when they are supposed to. It feels like they are scamming us.

  7/27/23 was hacked by them and they charged my card over $700.00. I contacted them and they said it wasnt fraud. ****************** a row some charged and then credited immediately but overall money they took from my account is over $700.00 and they will do nothing for me. How would there be credits if they were not involved! Screams Inside job! Buyer beware they will use your card to take your $ and tell you its not fraud.

  My paypal was hacked supposedly by the name of ********* they made a fake account through CDKeys.com website, they even changed the email. Which, they informed me about "We have received a request to change the following information associated with your account at CDKeys.com: email. If you have not authorized this action, please contact us immediately" I contacted them immediately about the fraudulent activity and they pretty much told me "the transaction was processed successfully and an order confirmation email was sent to this email address" So you need to contact ****** for a resolution.I understand that ****** has to do its investigation; however, I feel that the company should have taken the initiative to cancel the account and review it for fraudulent activity. Whoever this Ber Merto is charged my account for $43 and then tried to do one for $169 which was declined. All I have to say is this company should have some more accountability. Also, their number does not even work when you contact them. I do not know how their business is per se but I would stay away from them like the plague regardless. They are unaccredited and they have an F on BBB. For all, I know this company allows stuff like this as a way to get more money.

  I bought a 12 month PlayStation plus code from these crooks. I couldnt get the code to work through my PlayStation or the PlayStation app.. I try to get PlayStation to get my code to work as they requested and PlayStation says the code is Fraudulent.. PayPal denied my claim to get a refund since they say the code was delivered to me.. PayPal will not help You once youve purchased from these CROOKS.. Stay away from this company and save your money!!!
