2 starsI lost weight to be sure but keeping it off is another thing. It's not sustainable to eat 500 calories a day, just 5 oz of protein, 2 fruits and plain veggies. Even after meeting my goal weight, they tell you in order to maintain the loss it's recommended to buy more supplements. I understand this a business, but I have to agree with the other reviews, there is very little support with this program. And it's expensive to boot.Review fromRay S

Scam is perhaps too strong, however recent radio advertisement stated that Semaglutide (active ingredient in proprietary medication, Revolex) leads to weight loss without restrictive diets. Like several other reviews, ******* did little to help me lose weight. When you in enroll in the Flex Plan, they give you a small digital scale and a list of how many ounces of protein, carbs, etc. you may eat each day. I am a 54 year old male. They advised me to restrict daily caloric intake to ***** calories. Admittedly, and purposefully, I did not count calories. I made few dietary changes. To me, this proved the medication is a very expensive distractor to promote a calorie deficit diet. In eight weeks, I received one voicemail check in. A complete and total waste of nearly $800 over two months. Do yourself a favorrun (literally), cut calories and sugar, and put $400 per month in your 401K or other retirement savings. RM, you are welcome to refund all, or a portion of the $800 you charges me. Please do not offer the same, lame response you have posted to so many others.

Anyone can looses weight if they cut way back on their calories and exercise more. After I paid $600 I was told this was they way their program worked. I was on Ozempic for a few months and lost 15 pounds. It just took away all my cravings and late night snacking. But it was hard on the wallet and I needed to lose another 20 so I tried Red Mountain. $600 for one month isn't much cheaper with Red Mountain and I might as well have just donated my money to a charity. I feel like it was just a placebo to make me think I was getting my money's worth. I was told since I did well with ******* that this program would be great for me. 5 starsI lost 30 lbs. in 5 months. A little slower than I thought.BUT, I am a sneaky LITTLE cheater on diets. The weeks that I really applied myself, honestly, I lost 4 to 5 lbs. Had I truly done the right thing for these months, I would have lost close to 50 lbs or more.GREAT support group and clearly eager to get you to your goals and more. I started the Flex program a couple weeks ago and do not feel any effects from the medication yet. I went in for my first B12 shot last Thursday and was expecting more support, such as reviewing my weight loss journal, but that didn't occur. I'm disappointed in the lack of support as well as I'm disappointed that so far I've spent over $500 but feel like I was given what seems like a placebo. Hands down the best weight loss assistance program. I have tried sooo many other options and at over 50 it has been a challenge to find anything that I can adopt as a lifestyle change and not just some fad diet plan! The support so far has been phenomenal. I'm down 12lbs and honestly I follow the meal plan which has a lot of options. I was educated before starting and continye to receive suppprt and helpful advice to stay with it. It's a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. If you're committed it works. Remember it's a choice there are no hidden fees. My suggestion for anyone who plans to go the Red Mountain route is not to expect that the fee paid will produce a miracle. It is what you make it. The fee is your motivator to stick to a plan. Personally if i had already adopted a healthy eating lifestyle I wouldn't need this program. Would you? Red Mountain is a game changer!!! I started the program end of March with RM3 and Im down 36 pounds and about 3 sizes! I have struggled for years with my weight and had no confidence whatsoever and all that has changed!! My main focus was to get healthy so that I can keep up with my granddaughter and now I feel like I can run circles around her some days! Thank you just doesnt cover it ! I feel like myself again! 2rounds of Revolex followed by RM3. Only 5 lbs down - disappointed. About $1800+ later??? Worked in past years but not this time. Also an extra $85 fee to dispense a RX that cost $54 at final free followup appointment. Feel $85 should not have been charged. Oh well- good luck but get your wallet out!Red Mountain Weight Loss

Save yourself the $600 and do this: cut out all sugars and carbs, eat only lean proteins, and high fiber fruits and veggies. Thats essentially why youll lose weight on this program.Also, know that this hcg medication can interfere/reduce effectiveness of other meds youre taking. A little secret they failed to mention to me after telling them about my meds. Sorry, not willing to risk my blood pressure or get pregnant ** those meds wont work as effectively.This whole idea of pairing hcg meds with a super restrictive diet has been a controversy for years and according to the **** is illegal.Stopped taking it after a few days and requested a refund. Still waitingBottom line: youre losing weight due to the extremely restrictive diet, not the meds. Also, beware of how this can interfere with other meds youre on. Do your research!
