Thier platform is full of scams for jobs and they try to steal your personal identiy. They dont screen thier job posts. Their is no qaulity control. This app needs to be taken down.Business Response

The business is a recruiting website, but gave false information. The representatives from Hirey shared that there were over ***** available candidates in ********* for financial advisor positions. After payment, it was revealed that the number was less than five. The question was repeatedly asked how to filter candidates based on geographic area, but Hirey did not share this information in the early stages of the conversations and first required that the account be activated before this information could be shared. Given that the commitment was still within the trial period, a full refund was requested (email sent 4/26/24). Hirey would not issue a refund and continue to send messages asking for additional funds. Repeated messages have been sent to dispute the charge of $399, as the services did not align with what was advertised. Hirey continues to ask for more payments instead of issuing a refund from the initial payment. It is apparent that Hirey is a company that misrepresented its services severely. In addition, Hirey is not willing to do any refund without pre-authorizing funds via ******* This was not method of payment that was used at any point in the previous transaction. Hirey continues to send emails with inconsistent information about services and payments. I subscribed with Hirey and was encouraged to sign up for a 4 month subscription. I was assured that within the 4 months if I was unhappy, I could get a refund. When I asked for a refund, I was told that the promotional pricing offered is not eligible for a refund, despite 3 different agents telling me it was during my initial setup, I am now feeling scammed.Business Response

Hirey calls everyday sometimes 2-3 times a day. They ask for people who do not work in this in this office. We have asked to be taken off their list everyday and they refuse to and call back again. They say things like I am not calling for you. They are obnoxiousBusiness Response

I made a transaction on March 8, 2024 to purchases services at a discounted rate as offered by Hirey representatives. Vip plan $999 to $399 using promo code: ALLTIME399. I forgot to use the code and was charged $999 and I asked for the difference to be refunded. They stated they would refund me but as time went all all communication dwindled to zero. As of today June 11, 2024, I have had lawyers send letters to return refund and letters have been sent back. I requested full payment due to services not being real and lack of communication to refund initial amount.Business Response

Back in March I was provided a discount code to purchase services. The discount code was not used and the improper amount of $1000 dollars was taken from my bank account instead of $399. The employees and so called HR or Management team said they would refund the difference and never did. After the the first BBB complaint they pretended to make it right by letting me use the services for change in the BBB review. After the month was done they said they would return the refund difference and an email was sent out shortly after the phone call. The email was sent from a pretend so called former employee of Hirey that would process the refund after I submit a ****** payment first to process the refund. Not a coincidence. After that incident the employe **** ****** was never heard from again. Still no refund. I will be going to small claims court in my district to file a complaint.Initial Complaint

I was told by ************************************************************ that they could supply Primerica Agents with licensed agents. after trying there service for 12 days I found that most profiles on their web page were not real people. I work in the insurance industry and Im constantly looking to prospect new clients and recruits for my business. I was contacted by a representative from this company named Hirey. They said theyre a job advertisement company that helps connect small businesses like mine with people who are looking for opportunities like the one my company offers- 1099 positions. They gave me an overview of their platform and I decided to try it. I paid $250 for a 30 day trial on March 12th. By the second week of my trial, I realized they had lied to me about what the platform offers. Most of the profiles on their platform were ghost profiles because they dont respond to messages and the few who did respond were only looking for W-2 employment which makes me wonder what they told those people when they joined the platform? I called the representative to complain but he didnt respond at first but later apologized that the platform wasnt working to my liking. I called again a day before my trial was over(April 11th) and said I need you to cancel my account and I dont want my credit card charged for next month. He said he would make sure my subscription was cancelled. The very next day I noticed they charged my credit card $499 for a new month. I was livid! I called and asked the representative if he had cancelled my account like I asked, he said he did and apologized saying they would issue me a refund. After a couple of days nothing was reversed on my card, I called them again and spoke with a supervisor. He apologized and said he would make sure my account was deactivated and sent me an email to that effect. They still never refunded my $499 and Ive been dealing with them ever since. The person who initially enrolled me keeps apologizing and says only a supervisor can issue my refund. One day out of frustration he told me their company scams people routinely and that there are hundreds of people calling to complain. He urged me to report them to the BBB, I have emails and texts from him saying his supervisor has no intention of issuing a refund. He said they just acknowledge clients and then ignore our request. He forwarded me an email from another client who had a similar experience. Then a few days later I got a call from the same company asking if I want to try their service. This company is clearly a scam and theyre operating with impunity and a complete disregard for any sort of rules, they need to be stopped. Please help!Business Response

I was pitched a service by Joemare from Hirey to help me get qualified candidates for my personal income. I was quoted the price of $299 a month. During the payment process, my selection did not update properly and the discount was not applied. When I noticed the error, I spoke with Joemare immediately and he promised that the balance would be refunded to my account that day. I called a few days later and spoke with Joemare and he stated it would take 3 to 5 days. I spoke to Joemare and he stated it would take 5 to 7 days to refund and he made sure the refund was processed. I have tried contacting him by phone several times and the phone has either went straight to voicemail, could not connect and now the phone number is not valid. When I saw the money was not returned as promised, I informed him via email, that I wanted a refund and I no longer wanted to use their company because they were dishonest. He stated that he did not activate the service so I stated even better. I want a full refund of the $499 and I wanted to discontinue my service immediately. On April 24, 2024, I noticed the company has taken money from account again without my permission. This has caused my account to be overdrawn again and my bills to be late. In addition, the advertisement was that this was a no commitment service, cancel any time with no penalty. On Nov 10, 2023 I signed up for the *** services with the Hirey app. To help either recruiting . I paid $399 and was promised candidates in my area, job posting with 50 chats daily for a month to month with no long term commitment. Hirey was having issues on there end and after a month past they still had not provided any service. Hirey changed me a 2nd time. I immediately contacted them, they told me they would refund the second month. They did not refund me. After two month hirey was still having problems and did not provide services . To my surprise I was charged a 3rd time. Hirey now had charged me 3 times and still had not provided any services to me .I contacted them and they said not to worry. hirey still has not provided any services. Hirey finally apologized and agreed to refund all $1197 since they never provided services, they have not refunded anything they agreed to. They refuse to call me back or reply to my emails and texts messages. Do not use Hirey , they will take your money, not provide service. And not refund you even thought they agree to. I do not accept their response . They have not reached out to me even thought they said they would . It has been 5 days . Someone from the company emailed me and said they would call me within a day, which has not happened . They said they were looking into the matter . It has been over 6 months . The company stoled my money. Did not provide me any services . They told me not to worry, I trusted them and in return I got scammed by them. I have all the texts messages and emails to prove it . I have tried to call and email the company but no one has returned my call or emails. I have tried to resolve this through friendly negotiations. Im still waiting the month before we take it to arbitration. This is completely unprofessional.

On Nov 10, 2023 I signed up for the *** services with the Hirey app. To help with recruiting . Hirey now had charged me 3 times and still had not provided any services to me .I contacted them and they said not to worry , they are going to refund 2 charges and the 1st charge would be for the month they give me access. 4 months past and hirey still had not provided any services. Hirey finally apologized and agreed to refund all $1197 since they never provided services. Its now 5 months later and they have not refunded anything they agreed to. Do not use Hirey , they will take your money, not provide service. And not refund you even thought they agree to. I have all conversations in emails and text messages to support this claim. Bad business Hirey. Hirey made a lot of promises in writing and did not fulfill any of them. They basically stoled from me. All I want is my refund or what is entitled to me. Hirey did not give me access to any type of services. They did not allow me to use their services once. They just took my money even after I told them to stop charging me.
