      Disrespect for property. Damaged dryer by standing on it, and they refuse to remedy the problem. Left panel off of the breaker box. Left fence gate open and let my dog out. Trampled on flowers beside my house.

      My solar started getting installed in July 2024. It has been a joke through the whole installation process. My solar is installed finally but not up and running yet. I still have to go through the process of evergy to come to my house for inspection and then they will have to come back to replace a meter on my house. I am getting told that may be end of December I will be able to use my solar. I am being told I have to make payments on something that is not up and running plus pay an evergy bill. I called mosaic and the guy recommended I call suntria to have them call them so they can push my payments back. Suntria wanted to fight me saying they don't do that when I know what mosaic told me. If I would have read the reviews I wouldn't of chosen suntria.

      This company is a total Scam... nothing of what we had told is true. Salesman ***** in ***** told us no more 400+ electricity bills and guess what we are getting nothing but 400+ bills and still paying for solar panels. I try to communicate with them and didn't work out . Now I'm paying more than before I think best thing to do is get a State attorney General and do something about this.

      We were told many falsehoods during the sales pitch and went with Suntria and had panels installed in May. We reached out to the company only to be told it might take awhile for the panels to activate. We spoke to the salesperson who simply denied saying things he had said before. They misrepresented the whole sale and I have yet to pay a significantly lower electric bill!

      Had Suntria install solar on my property recently and it's been nothing but bad and regret ever getting into business with them. They damaged our newly built house during install months ago and have yet to send anyone to repair the damage. We paid nearly $2,000 for a battery install deposit and we havent heard anything in over 2 months and they refuse to answer their phone or emails. We tried cancelling our deposit and was informed that was not possible even though they refuse to provide the product we paid for. Having Suntria install our solar was one of the biggest financial mistakes we've made and urge anyone looking into them to run away and go with one of the many other reputable options. Suntria is a terrible company

      Please do not make this mistake I made this company they are dishonest and also their fraud nobody told me that I am signing a contract about solar panels and also I don't have no solar panel at my house they trying to charge me and they report me to collision agents and now they threatening me they're going to spoil my credit please don't make this mistake stay away from this company they are fraud I hate this company with passion I did not sign no contract and they are claiming that I did sign a contract which I know that's a lie please be careful with this company this is horrible company and also they are trying to charge termination fee of 2286.30 which the guy did not tell me anything about like that he said cancel at any time which I did cancel that please stay away from this company this is the most dishonest and horrible company ever fraud I will make sure I report this company to all the social media platform

      Ignore any reviews about ignoring no soliciting signs people that's the nature of DtD people. Suntria uses American made equipment that's actually better than what the industry standard is the only panels they use are american made and rated at 420 industry standard is 370 other companies will literally rent you 10 yr old panels and tell you that you're buying them. Suntria only uses micro inverters whereas other companies will use string inverters that have a high failure rate and hinder the production value of the entire system. Suntria has the best warranties of any company I've seen and a warranty on them ontop of everything else which if anyone reading this has been screwed by going solar they know that what most often happens to s**** them is the company goes down and their warranties are no longer honored and they get sent to collections..... it literally happened to me and I chose my first solar company cause they're an industry giant and I figured cause of that they'd be legit..... suntria doesn't waste time on sub standard equipment or service and because of that they come in a little more expensive than the thousands of "one size fits all" solar companies, but, if you're making an investment like going solar you want quality, and if you don't see the value in that I don't know what to say.
