      From the start, signing all the contracts and agreements were done efficiently. Six months later I'm still waiting for the installation. My overall experience consisted of a lack of communication, poor leadership and fundamentally disorganized. I finally got the system up and running in 2 days after I group texted all the Suntria players to express my dissatisfaction and threatened litigation. It's really unfortunate that it had to come to that because it's not just me that Suntria has let down, but ALL of the future references Suntria could've had. MANY people have inquired about my system and although I enjoy the system, I cannot recommend Suntria to install the system. So I encourage people to get it, but refer them to look elsewhere to have it installed. ****** has failed in every category of customer satisfaction except for selling the system and the system does work now. It's really best to just put the experience behind me with this promised review and enjoy the fruits of MY labor.

      I would recommend my sales team from Suntria, *********************** and his assistant, *****. Our actual installation was professional and happened much quicker than I expected. The inspectors were professional, ******** and answered all questions. Our installer was also professional and made sure everything worked properly. ****** and ***** went far above and beyond to ensure this customer had a good outcome. When I couldn't get answers or communication with the project officer, they provided it. When my documents didn't arrive, ***** drove 2 hours to deliver and go through them again and listen to my frustrations regarding corporate communication and fix those issues very quickly.

      So this company is awful to do business with. They started my process in June 22 and didnt finish till December. Trigger my loan early, caused damage to electrical devices in my home, caused me to have to pay panel payment without service, have not compensated me as promised and caused me to miss my local city rebate. They have horrible communication skills and after the sale is made they dont care about the customer. Dont get ripped off and taken advantage of.

      During our consultation with *****************************, he explained how solar works and answered all of our questions honestly. Instead of trying to upsell us, he helped us select a system that met our needs. If you're thinking about going solar, I highly recommend having ****** stop over to assist you!

      Would have been (-)) minus if possible!The worst company I have ever dealt with. At 73 years of age I have dealt with many thousands of companies.Left many messages with ****, etc. they are never returned. I am out of many $$$$$s (thousands) for a system that is incomplete. With the pandemic there was a supply problem with with supply. However they have been in possession of my two (2) Tesla batteries for over six (6) months. APS was scheduled for POWER KILL on July 13th. Suntria workmen came out 7:00am and dug around my electric panel. Suntria also canceled POWER KILL at 8:00am per APS. Now August 15th I have a HOLE around panel during monsoon season. A hole in side of my home!NOT A RESPONSIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE!!!******************************************************************************

      I already have a Solar system and still hd this company knock on my door. Also I have VISIBLY posted No Soliciting signs and again they still knocked on my door. Clearly breaking door to door laws.
