      This company is absolute garbage! Our panels have been down for 2 weeks & a customer service representative calls every other day to advise they've escalated this to management. Why is it taking so long to fix??! I would not recommend this company at all!

      I have been having issues with my solar since it was installed by Premier which they are the same co. First off, the salesman stated that SRP required a battery backup system which they do not require. The battery backup system which was to be a whole house system and has not worked properly since installed and has not even been in operation for almost 3 years. (Since it keeps shutting down). Cannot get to talk to someone as they always tell me they are in a meeting. and when someone does call me, they reassure me that the problem will be taken care of. The last person that called me does not answer their phone and voice mail is full.

      I purchased a solar system installed by then premier solar solutions which turned into suntria shortly after. With said system I have a 25 year warranty and was told that the panels wouldn't stop producing if one cell went bad. Well one cell went bad in August of 2022 and I haven't produced any power since. I called multiple times to get a service technician to my home and finally in January of 2023 suntria sent a tech out to my home. They quickly found the issue which I stated earlier in this comment. They told me they'd order a new panel and shut down my inverter since it wasn't producing with a estimated down time of an extra 3 weeks so they can get the replacement. We'll 4 weeks went by and I called them, they said they'd call me back and didn't, another few weeks went by I called again, which yielded the same response. Finally after 3 months of calls I received a call back saying they don't support my system anymore and I need to talk to the actual manufacturer. Moral of the story is if you're looking for a system don't even bother with this company. You'll end up like me owing 30k on solar panels for no reason.

      The firm was really helpful in customising our system within our budget, allowing us to save a significant amount of money. Unlike other firms that try their hardest to keep us giving them more for products that were included. We are quite fortunate to have discovered them; else, we would have been tricked and broke. Thank you very much for your excellent work.

      Suntria is a legal scam. Its sad that the what the company is doing is legal. They have claimed that my electricity bill would be reduced 60-75%. The highest credit I have received on my utility bill has been $50. Light bills ranging from $250-500 in addition to the solar panel payment!!!!! I have repeatedly called the company trying to see why I am not getting the reduction that was guaranteed to me before signing the contract. No one has answers!! Its sickening!! Having someone sign a contract under false pretenses should be a crime in itself. I am just in disbelief that this is even legal and backed by our government. Every time I think about being forced to pay this contract with no legal way of getting out of the contract, I get sick to my stomach. There is a special place for these type of people. By the way, I hate that I had to even leave ONE star!

      These solar panels have been a NIGHTMARE! Got them installed in October 2022 and the intallers never finished the final inspection. The panels were not turned on until February 2023. My energy bill skyrocketed to 3x my normal amount.I had a great sales rep, but Suntria as a company has TERRIBLE customer service. They refuse to own their mistakes and did nothing to help me. I just sold my home and the solar panels have eaten away at my profit. BUYERS DO NOT WANT THEM OR THE LOAN!!! SOLAR PANELS ARE NOT FREE OR WORTH IT!!! #RUN

      I had these guys installed solar at my house they put the panels up and left I keep calling them and can not get them back out there to finish the hook up. I would not recommend this company to anyone
