I highly recommend this wonderful company. ***** **** and others were patient and extremely professional throughout the process. Initially, I was slothful in providing the company with appropriate documents. The company kindly encouraged me to send whatever I had. When I did, ***** **** immediately started the process, and amazingly, the problem was resolved beyond my expectations. I recommend a few friends to this professional and proficient company. So, I would like to give this company the highest possible rating. I don't have any complaint to lodge. Thank you very much Mr. ***** **** for your diligence and how you interacted with me throughout the process. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

*** just let us know that we are free from our contract with our timeshare. After sending documentation as needed over 9-10 months and a little patience on our part, we received the result we were hoping. Working with them has been awesome. I was in a bad situation with this timeshare. I had signed a contract without knowing all the details and felt like I was stuck. They made the process easier to get accomplished by breaking it up into a process that was easier for me to get done in a timely manner. I been waiting since Christmas to get assigned to an attorney. Very little communication if any at all.Timeshare Contract Resolution

We take all concerns very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter.
Our records indicate that we maintained communication with **** throughout this process. Specifically, on 12/30/25, we reached out to **** to inform them that we were awaiting the revised document we had requested to proceed further. This communication was via phone.
As of today, we have not received the requested revised document, which has delayed our ability to move forward. We remain fully committed to resolving this matter and are ready to proceed as soon as we receive the necessary information from ****. We will reach out to **** today1/14/25. And make sure this is resolved asap.
