      ***** and *** were completely unhelpful. I called to get a vehicle towed out of my spot and was told it is good to go and when I call back to get a status as I was headed up and wanted to see if the vehicle was moved *** then proceeded to tell me there was not a vehicle in the spot and that I need to take photos? Why would I call and then get help just to call back and get told Im lying basically. *** said he would notate the file for a truck driver not to come? I asked what I did wrong as a customer by calling in a vehicle in my spothe said are you a customer? Are you paying us? I said no but I am calling for a service and now I cant get the service and didnt know why and that zip tow has a contract with the apartment complexI then had my friend check the spot as I sent a text to him due to *** making me. At that point I said the vehicle is still in the spot and *** said okay and did not tell me if a tow truck would come or not. So then I call back and get ***** who was of some assistance but was very hostile as wellI was notified that the calls are recorded and I am requesting ******* pull the call I have a disability and I am unable to walk if my spot is takenI sat in the car for an hour due to my wheelchair not being present. I pay for my spot each month and I dont deserve this at all.

      Zip Tow did damage to my personal property. After filing a claim, they deny they received the claim. Later, they admitted they they had received the claim and it was filed too late. The incident occurred on 12/10/22. The claim was filed on 12/13. They are refusing all responsibility for damage. They refuse to release any information regarding their insurance company to my insurance company. When picking up the car from their yard, the lot attendant was absolutely insistent that we sign the release absolving them of any damage to the vehicle before even inspecting the car. We refused to sign their damage waiver.

      I was towed by this company tonight. I believe the tow was unfair, as the sign stated two hour parking during 8-5 hours, and no overnight parking. I parked after 5 and went to pick up my car around 10:30 pm, and it had been towed. I called the towing company, and I have never been spoken to in this way in my life. I would expect a towing company to be rude, or at the best, a little uninterested/unsympathetic- but these people were vulgar. The business was located in a shady part of town and they didnt come until 11:50 pm. The man on the phone would not give me an ETA, would hang up on me immediately, and when I said I felt uncomfortable as a young woman at 11:50 pm at night waiting for the car, he said that was not his problem. I paid $150 to release my car. I saw the time they towed it was 9:30 pm, so they had it for an hour before I called. I think these towing companies are predatory. I am lucky to be able to afford this kind of charge, but Im a social worker and it stings. If I was less fortunate, this kind of predatory charge would be something that could drown a person.

      On September 8th I had parked at an apartment complex visiting a friend and got my car towed which was fair enough I forgot to apply for a guest pass. When I started talking to the employees they were rude and talked down to me although I had already done my research on towing and read through an ******* **** regarding the incident. But when I picked up my car and was charged 120$ I realized that my license plate was missing! I was very annoyed and called them and asked where my license plate was, they responded by saying we don't take license plates. This is stupid because they put my plate cover back on because it is personal property that could be regarded as damaged and they would have to pay for it. Stupid business that needs to be bulldozed.
