      This is not a review of the facility where my family and I have regularly gone for Urgent Care. It is a direct review on their incredibly incompetent billing department. They make it nearly impossible to contact them to dispute a bill. The phone number they provide on their billing statements are useless as no one answers the phones. The only option to contact them is via email. If you are lucky, you will get someone to handle your request. But even so, it could take months if you're not constantly on top of them. In the meantime, they send your account to collections because they don't bill your insurance properly! Ridiculous!!

      I went in because I have a painful lump behind my ear and search of antibiotics. The nurse (RT ****) that greeted me never made eye contact and had a poor bedside manner. The medical provider, *****************************, moved my hair around a little bit and told me he didnt see anything and he didnt know. I was charge $75 for this. My pain is about at seven. The doctor had no compassion. Had no answer really asked no questions. It was a very bad experience for me. I was crying in the parking lot and in the lobby the staff was cold. This is the worst medical treatment Ive ever received.

      Worse worse no service care evershould be called Never ************ If you are sick dont go there. Appointment made 10am to their lobby at 2:38pm appointment. Self checked in (no staff). 3:05pm never no staffI leftIm a RN and this type of service puts the whole medical profession to shame. Next Care needs to be reported to the government and closed..

      I am visiting ******** ** and was exposed to Covid and developed symptoms. I called the Willow ***** location, and spoke to a customer services person who told me that I had to bring a mask with me. That is no problem for me, I was happy to hear that. I am a cancer survivor and suffered severe respiratory failure in 2020 when I had covid. I thought this sounded like a good place. So I spend 30 minutes giving them all of my information, insurance cards, etc. When I arrived at the appointment with my mask on, and entered the facility, half the patients in the waiting room were NOT WEARING MASKS, even though there WERE 2 SIGNS HANGING IN PLAIN SITE AT THE CHECK IN DESK. When I asked the manager at the desk why they were not enforcing the *** Policy that thet posted, she told me to go wait outside. Outside it was 51 degrees with hail, severe wind and heavy rain with no covered place to stand. So she made a point to tell the waiting room I was difficult out loud and angrily asked the group to put on supplied masks.Then the remarks she made to other waiting room patients were so obviously meant to disparage me and shame me for wanting to protect myself from further exposure I decided to cancel my appointment and leave. To which she had a very snide remark and was incredibly rude. The worst healthcare facility I have ever experienced.

      I went to the clinic in **************** in the King ******* shopping center. I had booked a chest x-ray the night before on their website. When I got to the clinic, I was told that 1) I was not able to order chest x-rays without a doctor's ****** and 2) the facility did not perform chest x-rays. So why the h*** did they allow me to book the x-ray appointment and waste my time coming to the facility? To add further insult, they sent me a bill for $160! When I complained and explained what happened, they refused to make any adjustment. This seems fraudulent to me! I, nor any family member, will ever go there again.

      I Went in With Abdominal Issue's . The Did not Look at me . The Doctor asked me where the Pain was And after i told her . She told me to go to another facility to get a CAT-scan.... They charged me ******pay and didn't treat me(Did not touch me) And they Billed my insurance Company as Well . I Wish i could Make 150 dollars to tell someone to go to another Business at my job > My company would be rich. The cat Scan turned up negative , However i had to pay another co-pay and my insurance has to pay for nothing

      Scammer!!!They sent me the invoice with $384 four months later.They changed my son for just office visit without any other service $350 while they charged me the same office visit one month before $290 No consistency in the prices even the Practioner couldnt figure out what my son had and she gave him a flu medication even if he tested negative for flu A lot of hidden charges posted there Not recommended

      I took my son to the urgent care I made an appointment online on August 18, 2022 for 640 there was a bit of a wait which I understand and we were patiently waiting.We get called back the respiratory therapist named **** came in proceeded to evaluate my son without putting fresh gloves on as he walked in I asked **** the respiratory therapist ,"are you going to put gloves on"He said ,(discussed on his face and a demanding tone in his voice) "I wash between patients"! I said ,"would you be so kind to put gloves on please before you evaluate my son."He said "if that's what you want I guess I'll do it!" He proceeded to put gloves on with attitude. I am in the medical field I know that the medical professionals when they arrive into the room they should wash their hands in front of the patient to ensure that the providers hands are clean. I shouldn't have to question or even ask a provider to wash their hands prior to an examination when entering an examination room. Especially with all the germs and COVID-19 floating around you would think that he would do it naturally. There was a working sink in the examining room because we used it and it had running water and soap readily available for him to wash his hands in front of us. We come there all the time we never have any issues but this time was the icing on the cake.

      The medical staff are terrific the support staff it depends if you contact the company no one answers the phone I bought a discount plan no one to answer any questions or provide information on coverage you cannot contact the local clinic all calls are sent to outer space there was a call center in ********** that might benefit with a contract with the company but only if the call center is supervised
