I hurt a couple of toes that were red and swollen and painful. I figured I would need an x-ray. I also know that not all offices provide X-rays, so I called them. Oh yes, they said, we have an x-ray in that office. I got there and learned there wasn't one.

I scheduled an online visit for cold, congestion and shortness of breath, and they called me to come in to take my vitals. I was confused because they still sent me a link for a virtual visit. They then called me at the apt time, and asked me to come in to take my vitals and to see me due to my symptoms. I thought I was going to see the nurse practitioner in person. During the apt the nurse told me if she was the one working the front desk she would have told me to reschedule, and come in the next day because they only have X-ray techs on certain days, and I should get an X-ray. This was before I even met with the nurse practitioner . She took me to a room and set me up on the video to talk to the nurse practitioner who (doesnt even work in this state) and she told me as soon as I called in to go to the ** because they dont have the resources on that day to check me. The call was maybe 2 minutes. She didnt even evaluate me or help me. I later got a bill for $183. It was a waste of time, and they are charging me for their failure to serve me. I will never go there again because they sent me to the ** and didnt even help me. Why didnt they tell me the first time that they didnt have the resources to serve me per my symptoms?

Do not go here, what a rip off and scam artist. A waste of money. Go find yourself a general practitioner or a family doctor and save yourself a lot of money

If I could give them zero stars I would. They prescribed me a medication that made me sick. They were aware that the generic form of the medication that they prescribed me made me sick in the past thats why I said no generic, When I initially talk to them, they said they would order me a different medication right away and I should contact my pharmacy in a half an hour after an hour and a half I called back and they then said they would not correct this mistake. I told them that I would have to keep taking the medication because I could not afford to make a separate visit for their mistake they told me they could not help me And they also hung up the phone on me when I was trying to explain to them that they were giving me no option but to take a medication that was making me sick because I could not afford to go anywhere else. I wish I wasnt so poor I would probably *** them for malpractice, forcing me to take a medication thats making me sick, because they wont correct a mistake they made.

Worthless Provider Didn't give me any medicine whatsoever when obviously I asked and begged for it because I needed it to get well, Got sicker after leaving NextCare, I went back 4 days later because of return policy. RETURN POLICY IS GARBAGE, YOU HAVE TO TRY AND CALL A NUMBER AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE FOR A REFUND. THIS NUMBER IS ALWAYS OFF THE ***** THESE HORRIBLY RAN, AND EXPENSIVE URGENT CARES ARE A JOKE. THEY ALL NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN AND EQUIPPED WITH REAL support. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

I went to urgent care on 3/26. I received a bill dated 3/30 saying I owe a co-pay. I called my insurance and they assured me I do not owe a co-pay. I called to dispute, waited 45 minutes and then the phone answered. After 10 minutes of silence, the phone disconnected. Very frustrating that I cant get a hold of the company.

Impossible to pay ****. I tired playing online and they will not let me. I tired calling and either I am on hold forever or it will ring twice and there is silence on the other end.

I visited next care after having a painful fall. They did x-rays of my ankle and told me it was fractured. I asked to have my back x-rayed also because it hurt, and I mean hurt bad. The doctor told me the only reason my back hurt was because I was walking differently due to my ankle. Guess what? When I went to the orthopedic doctor, they told me that I had a fractured vertebrae. The jerks at next care missed it altogether. I will never go back.

The absolute worst billing ever. Received a bill from Nextcare under my name but for someone else. Attempted to call them and after waiting 55 minutes someone picked up but didn't say anything. Maybe someone walked away from a desk while still in que??? After 10 minutes of silence the call dropped. I have now emailed them to hopefully resolve this. They probably think that we will just pay this bill as a path of least frustration. I had gone to this urgent care before, I WILL NEVER USE NEXTCARE again.

I made an appt for my daughter who tested positive at home for Covid. My daughter has a 4 file full of her lifelong complex medical history. When checking boxes for her issues, there are none because they are rare. The woman who scheduled the appt told me they can treat Covid. I told her my daughters symptoms of having difficulty breathing, fever, chills, headaches, lethargy. She said if shes not above 103 fever, they can treat her. If above 103, she needs to go to the *** So my daughter enters the NextCare Urgent Care in ******** &the receptionist says that she may as well leave because they WONT treat ***** &wont give out ********. I get on the phone&question why they wont treat Covid when I was told previously they would. The woman clarifies that they MAY prescribe other meds, but not paxlovid. I said I dont care which med, as long as they treat her with something. She gets into the drs office &Dr ***************************** tells my daughter that she wont treat her with anything because she doesnt have cancer or immune suppression. My daughter asks to have her discuss why with me on the speaker phone. The Dr replies, "you are an adult and I dont need to discuss anything with your mommy. That she didnt have time for this¬hing will change her mind!" She didnt listen to my daughters lungs despite her telling the dr that she was having a hard time breathing. My daughter was trying to manage the appt on her own, but felt like the dr was being a condescending and not listening to her. My daughter doesnt need to have an incompetent, condescending, ego-maniacal dr treating her in her drs office in that manner! She has a duty as a dr to treat her patients, not treat them with indignity and disrespect. AND she DIDNT actually treat her or check on anything! And clearly doesnt understand that an egotistical dr can be intimidating for a young adult to remember 24yrs of complex med history and to convey WHY she should have been treated with Covid meds.Like Share Add a photo
