After spending a ton of money on a new site and hosting it with Godaddy, after only a week they moved my site to a new server, destroyed my database and basically told me its my fault for not backing it up. GONE.GoDaddy.com LLC

Go Daddy is terrible . Huge waste of money. Not just the cost for website which took forever to get correct but mistakes that caused time down and cost my company money. The worst customer service ever.in my opinion. My advice keep looking . They are still causing me problems by making changes without notification. They do not deserve one star but I can't go lowerGoDaddy.com LLC

1 starI use godaddys smartline for business calls, and they have been extremely unreliable in service. This is the 2nd incident I've faced where their response to an outage is "we apologize". I've lost thousands in business and also many client due to their negligence. During an outage, their customer service Reps just hangup on calls when complaining. We need better response and we need to hold them accountable for the losses we incur.Review fromGi L

1 starI was using Media Temple for quite some time for web hosting of my 4+ domains. GoDaddy acquired Media Temple earlier and there was a compulsory migration process happening from late 2022. I had 4 domains (web sites) that I was running on Media Temple, but when I checked those quite recently, only one domain was migrated, and 3 other domains are still in the process of migration. Most importantly, those websites were down for the past 6 months! And I noticed that the most recent 3 months, GoDaddy charged me about double the amount of monthly charges than before! Well, I wouldn't request refund for the entire DOWN time of my 3 web sites, but I wanted to get refund of the last 3 charges of $57.99, which is ridiculous amount for broken web hosting. To be fair, I asked them to refund me but they refused. I asked again and again, and they told me that I should work with my bank (or credit card). Come on, GoDaddy. No one wants to pay money for no service. Have some customer empathy and think about business ethic. You may be able to still run your business somehow, but I'm so sad about you as a company, your poor business practice and the customer service. I was using ********************** for my domain registrar but I will be moving my domains to other registrar soon. Everyone, please go far far away from GoDaddy.Review fromDenver M

1 starI have 2 issues with GoDaddy:1) They added a service to my account that I did not request, and without my consent;2) They have a "policy" of no refunds after 30 days. They charged me over $500 for 3 email account for 3 years. After 6 months my non-profit organization no longer requires those email address. However, their policy does not allow refunds. That's over $400 they kept from a Youth Soccer nonprofit for providing zero services.Review fromDaryl S

Paid $70 for ********************** The "broker" openly refused to even SUBMIT my offer to the supposed "owner" of the domain, because my offer wasn't "enticing enough." Translation? GoDaddy THEMSELVES own the name, and they want thousands upon thousands. Why else would they CARE what I pay a THIRD PARTY?! That they have an A+ BBB rating is the biggest joke on the entire internet. Clearly bought. Had to threaten PayPal grievance to get a refund.GoDaddy.com LLC

Your purchase of GoDaddy's ********************* (DBS) enlisted GoDaddy's Domain Broker Agents to attempt to contact a current domain name registrant and potentially negotiate a sale of a domain name registration. GoDaddy is not the registrant of the domain name in question. As you were informed, the nominal initial bid you placed for the premium domain name was unlikely to receive a response from the owner of the domain name. The service has since been canceled and refunded in full. Should you still desire the domain name in question, you may contact the registrant directly, using any public information you may find, in an attempt to negotiate a possible sale and/or transfer of the domain. **************** reps are neither knowledgable nor helpful Our company has used GoDaddy for email services. I received an email last week stating the email account was going to be disabled. I called. ******* said that wasn't correct, email services would be around until early next year. We discussed a migration plan but agreed to talk again this week. Over the weekend, GoDaddy disabled my email. I've spent ALL DAY on the phone with GoDaddy, still no email.GoDaddy.com LLC

I used Go Daddy to help me figure out my seo problem for my website. I paid them a lot of money to fix this and its been 6 months and they havent done anything! They tell me to keep waiting! Its such a scam! They just want your money! I told them to cancel my account if nothing changes. They didnt cancel and charged me again! Be very careful using this company!
