      Absolute worst customer service, stay away!!!! I would give negative stars if possible. I run a business and rely on functioning email. My emails are constantly being blocked for spam and other technical issues. When I call, I'm met with long wait times and outsourced Asian tech support who have no authority to adjust bills or actually fix the problem. They refer to their "engineers" whom you can never speak with. Once my support ticket is created, they never respond with any updates to my cases so I never know if the ticket is still active or the issues have been resolved. They refuse to communicate. *** now emailed three different support agents and a manager and not a single response from any of them. How courteous! GoDaddy purchased my old hosting company, Mediatemple, who had excellent support and they have ruined the service. Now I cant even access my email control panel to setup an alias I need. I dread calling because of the long hold times and frustrations dealing with overseas support agents who simply dont care to follow-up in a timely professional manner. I can't wait to get away from them. The service is so bad that Ive become personally offended at this point.

      The customer service used to be really good but I continue to be more and more disappointed with every interaction. I just downgraded a website from "Commerce" to "Basic." I had pre-paid the fees for a year and was just under 8 months into the 1 year period. I expected to receive a refund for the plan difference, but ******* told me after downgrading my plan that they would not provide any sort of refund. They should have told me this upfront.

      The customer service is beyond amazing ************** from the **************** was absolutely beyond phenomenal... I mean ... I have never in my life had this level of customer service ... to be honest i been a little irritated with godaddy But this ******************* T Perfect I finally got my moneys worth **** that is !!Thanks again ****** for everything that you did my friend !!!*************************

      As a small business owner that has been in business for 7 years, I have never been treated so poorly. I decided to try out GoDaddy payments because the enticing low processing fees that they advertise, and boy what a mistake this was. My company generates between $1.2-$1.4 million in gross receipts annually and I am just shocked that they labeled my company a high risk merchant. As a celebrity dog trainer and pet industry professional, I am very confused as to what exactly makes my business high risk. The truth is, GoDaddy discriminated against me because it was a new account and the first few transactions that were processed, was for fairly large sums of money. When they asked for proof of these charges, it was a red flag for me that there was going to be an issue. Why does GoDaddy think they are entitled to such classified business documentation like my sales contracts? I have an obligation to keep my clients private. There was never a charge back, a complaint filed, or anything of that nature that occurred. I simply ran TWO large transactions. Thats it. They verbally assaulted me on the phone, mentally exhausted me, and emotionally threatened me. And when I spoke back to stand up to them, my account was terminated. They are an awful company that is discriminatory towards law abiding, and honest hard working small businesses. Shame on GoDaddy. I cannot wait to see their failure and look forward to another major company to be taken down.

      I canceled years ago and they stole the money for my webdomain I haven't been using at all TWICE now. I never even got a message about the first time and this time around the email they sent me said my payment info was invalid so I may not get my domain renewed. I let it go thinking, well I canceled, so no you can't have my new payment information. But apparently they went behind my back and got it anyway through terms buried in their TOS and auto-renewed a CANCELED thing anyway.

      A few months ago I noticed I was getting charged $10.99 per month for something from GoDaddy. after inquiring about the charge and informing them that I have not used any of their products or services in years I thought it was resolved. This morning I was looking at my bank account and saw another transaction for the same amount to them. I looked further and found they had never stopped taking the $11 out every month.First I contacted them through their online chat. The person on the other end was about as helpful as a toddler. Instead of trying to work to figure out what was going on or directing me to a person who could help, they wanted me to take a screen shot of my bank account with the transaction. When I refused, they got rude.I then called the phone number listed on their website and there were no options that would fit what I was calling about. So I just clicked buttons until I got someone. There was no option to go directly to a representative who could get me to the correct place. After giving some information to the person on the other end of the phone call, they put me on hold to find the account information. I was on hold for 20 minutes when I was disconnected.I went back onto chat again since I don't have a lot of time to waste sitting on hold. The person this time gave me an email address and a list of reasonable things they would need to get this figured out. Hopefully this time they will get it corrected. I am not holding my breath on getting the money they stole from me back, but at least I may be able to get the charges stopped.

      After more than 10 years using GoDaddy, recently I been having issues regarding security compromising my data and information. This is happening for around 18 months. At the beginning they recommend my to purchase website security for a extra fee, but the issues keep compromising my account and information, ( WHIT OUT MENTION THE INCOME LOSES )After calling more than 600 time to " support team " for over a year [ whit out counting the many times they hangup on me ] They never give me a solution or told me why, how, who or when my account was compromised or someone get access whit out my knowledge.Really disappointed whit this company who's lead the market. Im really get affected ( income and take me lot of time and main peace )At this point I can't trust the support call center anymore... ( allways answer me from *************** ) and the cpanel file manager data WAS modify whit a lot of files and folders since I SPOKE AROUND 2 WEEKS AGO whit a lady " from godaddy support call center " from ***************... I reset the server myself and the files didn't disappear... The GoDaddy support tech have reset the hosting server to start from scratch from their system.

      I used GoDaddy payments services to sell products in person. Before any sales I exchanged emails to explain the nature of my business and expected sales in which they responded that my account was approved and good to go. Weeks later I then used their services to collect in person payments at a expo show. Later in that day I received this email:Due to a violation of GoDaddy Payment's risk policy, your account as a ********************** Payments merchant has been terminated. Effective immediately, you can no longer process payments or access your GoDaddy Payments account. We will be refunding all undeposited settled transaction(s) and/or voiding all undeposited unsettled transaction(s) made to your customers. If you choose to recharge your customers, you will need to make other arrangements.No calls no asking for more information they refuse to give me any explanations or the chance to prove the legitimacy of transactions. They simply took all the sales Ive made in person and refunded customers. Now Im out of my money and my products its almost unbelievable that this is the process they have in place.

      I've been a customer for several years. Horrible customer service. I am currently having my web developer migrate everything away from GoDaddy. I thought it would be good to go with such a big company, but it has been extremely frustrating dealing with them every step of the way. I have a business to run, I don't have time for their incompetence.
