      Godaddy makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. Took 2hours to finally get through to a live customer service person. After multiple attempts on the website. Which conveniently kept booting ** off. Godaddy makes it so easy to set up, but the after affect is terrible. No customer service. A total fiasco. Once we finally had the agent on the line, she did complete the tasks we needed. When we asked her why it's so hard to get anything done with existing accounts, she quickly said have a nice day and hung up. This is a total waste of a business owners time. Never again will we use their services.

      GoDaddy cyber squats on prior owned domains. My domain expired GoDaddy rep told me within 72 hours I'll be able to re-purchase the domain again, once the domain clears from their system, but I went online to see they squatted the ownership, and then decide to re-sell the domain at an inflated price of $2,888. The unfortunate case of this matter is that this domain name is my personal first and last name, and no one else has use for this domain, but myself. However, I will not fall for their unfair cybersquatting practices. I am an ******** citizen, and know that this form of business is abusive and inequitable. I have lost my trust in GoDaddy and wish to have this remedied. I would like to restore that trust.

      This business has been the worst to deal with when you are a widow or widower and don't have access to the account information you have to cancel your bank account card and go through that suffering on top of it to get a stop payment on this business. And then you have no assurance that your deceased loved one will not reflect badly on your credit because of this business. Need to implement a service to help people in this situation to close out their accounts peacefully and agreeably

      Go Daddy took money out of my bank account for an account that someone else had to have created that I had NO knowledge of. I've called a magnitude of times & asked for a supervisor/manager which I have yet to contact me back as stated. They are giving me the run around every time I've called. They have HORRIBLE customer service! I have yet to get my money back. My legal team is involved at this point! I am sick of it! Thieves!

      Godaddy is unethical. They state they don't Tolerate cyber bullying or anything like that yet they allowed someone to make a hate page about **** spent money to get a trademark for my business because someone from go daddy said that was what I needed, once I got it I tried to claim a domain and they wouldn't do it.Godaddy allows people to use their platform to cyberbully and harrassment.

      I keep getting charged on my card from them I do not have a account they verified my card number and seen my cards on file but won't close the fake account

      Not only can my company not use the products and services that we cant use because of a computer glitch on their end, their customer service is inefficient, incompetent, and difficult to reach. I have spend almost 4 hours trying to get my tech issues resolved with (which includes the approximate 1-2 hour hold time aggregate I have had to wait to even get an agent to respond in the first place).

      ************** in ******* Don't work with this company! I signed up for an annual service agreement with GoDaddy. From the onset, the service was inadequate and impossibly frustrating. Their method of filtering the service through a system of filing service tickets that are then attended to by an anonymous service person is unworkable. When I canceled the agreement (after 2 weeks of frustration) I was informed that GoDaddy would be keeping my money and not returning it to my credit card. They offered me an 11 month credit that would be "in house". Meaning I'm out $1,000 in my limited operating expenses. Apparently that phrase is hidden in the service agreement. This type of deceptive and practice and behavior by a multimillion dollar company should be investigated and prosecuted.

      GoDaddy renewed a yearly subscription for 2021, 2022, and ****************************************************************************** 2020. We tried deleting our subscription online and then called when the subscription wouldnt be canceled or deleted. We were told by one of the phone reps that it would be canceled from that point on, but it wasnt. Over 450 dollars were taken, but GoDaddy refused to pay back those years. The rep said all she could do was refund the purchase in 2023 but because there was no notes of us calling in 2020, she couldnt do more. I cant understand how their website to manage subscriptions couldnt cancel or delete her account online and the phone rep had no answers for me. Do not use GoDaddy.
