      They suck! I spent a thousand hours building my online store then selling my handcrafted merchandise. And then they refused to give me my money. The wouldn't give me my payouts. I argued with them for a month and still they wouldn't give me my money. They're awful. They Rip people off!

      to be fair and honest, i entered BBB to post a 1 star review because one of the agents refused to send me a refund toward a canceled service from last year that I never received a refund for.however, i thought I'd give them a call again and speak to someone else and they refunded me the money from the first 2 mins.I've been dealing with godaddy for about 7 years if not more, and I never had a problem with customer service, they're always helpful, they never disappointed me.

      Avoid this company like the plague. Their salespeople are agregiously aggressive, and will refuse to stop calling despite numerous pleas to never call again. And good luck trying to cancel service - prepare to block out a few hours of your time to deal with the hoops they put you through to rid yourself of their abuse.

      GoDaddy provides full control over account preferences? That's laughable. For a company that designs websites, one would assume GoDaddy would provide its customers a super simple way to totally disengage with GoDaddy, but NoDaddy. The horrific critiques are legendary. That nothing is mentioned about the abusive sales calls also speaks volumes. GoAwayDaddy.

      Poor customer service .... My business email has been down for 5 days and no one knows how to fix it. I keep getting told 24 hrs.....Welll it is 120hrs later and still no fix or answers

      I've been a GoDaddy client for years, and when they sold their soul to ********* they have become impossible. I just spent over and hour on hold to reach customer service and no one ever answered. When you try to log into your email account it sends you to ********* 365 and not GoDaddy. I did not hire *********, I hired GoDaddy. While on hold to correct a problem with my business email, I tried the text option with no response, and the chat option didn't open. Not only that but ********* took it upon themselves to change my password without consulting me. As an experienced GoDaddy client of many years, take my advice, find another web hosting service to handle your business and puts you first and not their profits. No one providing critical business services should be unreachable for hours when they claim to be there for you 24/7

      So my new business is legit booming. Started off with a godaddy website. They allowed me to accept payments from customers. Then after that I had to verify to accept my ****** dollars that I made. So I went through and did all that then I get an email saying that they are crediting and debiting my bank account to make sure I can accept payment. That went through. Then I get an congratulations email saying my ****** dollars will be credited to my account. It never happened.... so now I've been on the phone countless hours trying to see why and the agent told me last night that the verification is still pending that I'll receive my money 7pm mountain time. So I check today (complete next day) which is ample time....not there. Call again and then was told it was rejected because of risk factors and I "should have" been sent an email. I never received one and the agent continues to blame Yahoo. So they allowed me to accept payment from customers, then asked to verify before transfer, then told me I was receiving my funds via email, then told me it was rejected by their risk team and all the payments I received will be voided and returned to my customers. And then the agent told me today that the only way I can now receive payments is with PayPal and I'm not getting my 613 dollars that's rightfully mine. So in turn I have to ship the items out that I sold (which cost me 200 to buy) so I'm out 200 dollars for my initial purchase, the shipping/handling costs of the items "sold", and out ****** dollars of profits.

      Is there a 0 Star rating? They are awful. They closed my account after I provided all they asked for to verify myself and my business. They didn't refund my customers' money for 7 days and then they took money for processing from my bank account. They didn't process anything. They closed my account because they asked for 3 months of my bank statements and it was optional so I chose not to send them. I sent EVERYTHING else they asked for and just closed the account and took processing fees. They are not regulated and my bank has no power to dispute the withdrawals. I am shocked they get away with stealing from people. No one should trust them.

      Today is the third day I attempted to reach someone. I started with a chat at ****a and attempted to reach out at ****, and **** still no response. I placed a message request at ****pm and heard something at 213pm. I have spent the time since then to now 445pm with a person who is not listening to my concerns. First they couldn't find the account, then they said I must have changed settings (I have not) and now they start talking about MX. I have no idea what this is, I have explained this. Other than telling me its some sort of log no explanation or guidance was offered. The issue was simply- I have been asked to verify my email on goddaddy in my settings, I do with the code which I receive to my email then I put the code in and it does nothing asking me to verify again. This just started in the last couple of weeks. Also we are only receiving about half the communications from our website. We have missed out on business. The conversations folder is not wanted or needed and we are forced to use it. I have turned off our web form since it is unreliable. In total in trying to contact help I have spend 1 hour on the phone, 3 hours in chats that never went to an actual person and 2.5 going on 3 in texts (horrible communication method by the way). Still no resolve. So disappointed. I have been a customer of years and only recently started having issues, this poor customer service will be taking us to another company.

      Your records are wrong and it is clear this is a standard response. I have been a customer since 3/1/2019. If your records are really this unreliable I would suggest a better system.

      Terrible. **************** is atrocious. Their service offerings are terrible. Their attitude is even worse. They will not survive their latest debacle. I called for assistance. I looked for their address on their web site under the About Us section and you can only locate customer service contact numbers. Their chat service is automated with a minimum of 45 minute waits. Their telephone customer service is also a 45 minute wait. No wonder they are not BBB Accredited!

      Their response did not answer any of the consumer's concerns, not one. Then their response had all *** for the contact information. I was hoping for an actual phone number to talk to them, since I have been a customer for a very long time--sad their business practices have changed so drastically.
