      Approximately 2 weeks ago I purchased 4 domains for my business. Not one of these domains has been published as I am stumbling along this new venture of taking my business to the web. Today, I noticed that one of those domains was missing an "s" at the end of the name. The rest of the domains are correct. Godaddy told me that they could not add the "s" at the end of the incorrect domain. And that I would have to purchase the correct domain for an additional $114 if I wanted to add the "s". This is poor business.

      I have been in business with GoDaddy for several years and had no complaints. Everyone has been professional in the support arena until now. May of 2021 an issue came up for my international customers. When purchasing, it only gave one option - the most expensive **** option for shipping. Initially I was told it was an issue with ****. So, I went directly to **** and they denied the issue was on their end. I contacted Go Daddy and advised them that **** stated it was a GoDaddy Platform issue. Go Daddy took this seriously and somehow fixed the problem. Now we are another year past that predicament and it is happening again. This time, instead of blaming ****, support decided to blame me, even though I had not changed any of the shipping on my website. This time as my business has grown, my international customers are now having the same issue. I called on 7/27/2022 and spoke with "*******" who assured me, after contacting the *********************** they were fully aware of the issue and would raise the priority to fix it and that I would be notified as soon as it was. TODAY, 8/29/2022 I call, because the issue still exists and am told the ticket was CLOSED. It was closed 3 days after it was opened and said problem was with ****. I personally mailed out an order and was able to ship the item out for $18.75 at the **** COUNTER, with a label i printed out from the same shipping online store that Go Daddy directs you to when you have a sale. GO DADDY provides 1 method of overseas shipping at a rate of $57.00. My international customers are GONE.

      I got a domain name through godaddy in 2017, in 2022 it auto renewed for almost double (originally paid 80something, renewed for 150). I didn't know it had auto renewed till I saw it on a credit card statement. I don't use it and asked for a pro-rated refund. But I was on day 11 and their refund policy is for 5 days, so they "said" they couldn't do anything for me.

      I am very disappointed in the way Godaddy.com is doing business. They charged me $215.64 for an email account that was not attached to a domain name. I only found this out because the sent me an email saying that my credit card of record had expired and that my domain would expire at the end of the day on August 24, 2022. The gentleman who took my call and put up with my rage said the $215.64 would be refunded to me and that I would only be charged the $20.some dollars for the renewal of the domain name.Please know that my complaint is about the sales games and not the customer service. He was good.

      This company lied to me about issuing refunds. 2 years ago, I paid for a domain name and decided it was too long, so I changed it to be shorter and it caused a $4.42 credit. I was told I could not receive a refund and only a store credit to be used at a later time.Today, I am purchasing a new domain. Yesterday, the $4.42 store credit was there.Today it is not. I was told it could not be used in combination with a promotion. So I can use only one or the other, even though technically that $4.42 is my money and any reasonable person should be able to use it against any purchase they make regardles promotion or not because it is their money. Now I am being told they could issue a refund check and it will take 90 days to process, but I could have received the refund back on my card when the credit was originally issued if it was done within 90 days of purchase.None of this was communicated to me as the consumer. It is highly deceptive. Trying to hold onto money that is not theirs to begin with. Be aware.

      I had the worst experience, their calls are recorded and they wouldnt sending me the recordings when i found out they lied to me. They were supposed to build me a website and logo. They originally told me they could create a cartoon logo when i was on the phone with the sales rep (that's the lie i caught them in), then when i met with the designer they said they couldnt. Then they didnt want to refund me my money even though the website isnt even live right now. Stay away from these people!

      This so far the worst domain services that I I have ever seen.After using their services for almost a year wont no restraints.They sent me a message today to restore my account for 149 dollar fee?.Where in the world do you hear this from websites or even agencies like that.They just do that to extort money from people.They will claim they sent reminder emails which they never do and will argue their point.Since I am not the only person others will testifyPleasw do something about it.

      I am GoDaddy Reseller. I purchased my Reseller Program back in 2021 and was doing some manual marketing which was unsuccessful. I recently discovered that in order to get sales I need to set up my SEO as I was new to the Reseller business and had no prior knowledge. I tried to do the process but was unable to complete it successfully due to me having no access to the secureserver,net reseller site to be able to edit it and update the necessary setting, I contacted Reseller Support several times and was unable to have the issue resolved successfully.I have several case#s I was told that I will not be able to get a refund since the time frame has passed however I am not looking for a refund I am looking to resolve the issue once and for all so that I can update my SEO and start getting sales.

      They tried to bate and switch me on my email forwarding account. In trying to fix it they have totally disconnected the forward, and I can't get into their system to get my email either. They are crooks!!!!
