I heard good things about *******, so I decided to try them instead of my usual HVAC service (especially after seeing the $59 special which Rite Way offered ... seemed too good to pass by).Service Tech, ***************************, called to tell me when he'd arrive. I especially like that I could track his drive here on my cell! He arrived on time! He was friendly and professional ... explained EVERYTHING the service entailed, and took photos to explain in even more detail!I've had HVAC service in ****** for over 20 years, and never witnessed the work done so thoroughly, as ****** did it. I was so impressed with ****** and *******, that I signed up for the *** contract!Thank you, ****** and *******Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Scam artists! You'll save thousands avoiding this company. I recently had a loss of freon from AC. Upon inspection, rite way quoted me $6734 to replace the evap coil they say was bad and leaking. Their freon quote was $162.75 a pound. I had another AC *** look at it and he immediatly found a hole in a copper pipe within 1 min. Total cost of repair was 1400 and he charged $80/lb for the freon. Evap coil was perfect he said.Our state needs laws protecting unsuspecting homeowner from scammers like this company. I believe it is due to commission for repairmen. Its always best to go with a small company in my experience. Im not done with Rite Way, I will post this info everywhere. They are criminal!Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

**** was amazing! He was so helpful and thorough! He discovered our new sink was damaged by the countertop installers. He took pictures which were very helpful. Once the Countertop/sink issue was taken care of **** came back and did a tremendous job of installing our new kitchen plumbing, dishwasher, disposal and water filter. **** was courteous, neat and arrived timely. *********************** came to our home today to perform winter maintenance on our HVAC system per the *** program. We've been with Rite Way for over 15 years and ****'s professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work performed far exceeded our expectations. **** took time to go over all aspects of his inspection and service - including a review of 60+ pictures taken during the visit and explaining things about the system that we had not received from other service techs. **** provided outstanding service.
