Rite Way came today for the semi-annual check and maintenance on my Lennox AC/heating system. After speaking to an attentive service manager about an issue, ******* came and he was super thorough in his testing and evaluation of my system. He explained everything he was doing and followed with what he completed and he showed me pictures and explained them. He was professional, courteous and eager to please. Thank you to ******* and to his supervisor/manager as well. I have been with Rite Way for many years and am very pleased with all they do.Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

RiteWay came today for the semi-annual system checkup, and the technician could not have been more thorough. He was here for a long time, and checked everything, including the connections of the air ducts in the attic. He showed us pictures so we could see what he saw and what he did. I recommend Rite Way to everyone because they are a company you can trust. And they are competent, friendly and reasonable priced. *************************** and ****** cam to fix a leak from my bathroom faucet. We had lots of concerns due to starting a remodel in October.We wanted to make sure our wall plumbing was intact and ******* answered and addressed all of our concerns.He didnt try to fix anything that wasnt broke. He and ****** were honest and did the job well.****** is on his way to becoming a competent plumber as well.Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We have been using this company since 2017 and are very pleased with all of the staff and service technicians!! Had a hot water problem on 8/8/22 and called Rite way and the next day they were able to send a technician (***********************) who was very professional and showed us what caused the problem and that it could be *********** away. Gave us a price that we felt was reasonable. Management has trained their technicians well, which gives the company a good name. Ripoff. Was charged $386 just to replace the fill valve on my toilet. Was ok with the $89 **************** charge. This was just a simple repair, anyways. The part is only $20-30. Riteway charged me nearly $300 for a repair that only took around 20 minutes.Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Hi ****,We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the price, which we should have sought your agreement on before the work was done. Pricing would be so much cheaper if it was only based on a part and the time the technician is working, but a business that intends to stay in business also needs to cover fuel, insurance, training, office costs, warehouse costs, business insurance, medical insurance for employees, marketing costs, call center and dispatch staffing, alone which thousands of other costs of running a business, all of which go into what it costs us to run a job plus a small profit. 5 starsWe had a new AC System installed and boy does it work great. The project manager made sure to explain everything on the system and installation process. The Technicians were very good as well. Then **** did a great job on the duct cleaning.We are pleased with their service and trust Rite Way for our future needs.
