    We needed help with our water heater and quick restore sent out *****. He was very fast to get to my house and very professional spoke to the insurance and handled our claim. If you ever have any kind of water loss I recommend ***** from quick restore. He'll get the job done. Thanks for everything

    Stay away from this company. Communication is terrible, nobody calls you back and if you call to the office you end up leaving a voice message and never receive a call back. The project manager did not communicate as to how the work was to be completed. Most of the work was contracted out to a company in *******, Proworx and they did a great job. Finished the project in 2 days. Quick restore charged way too much for the little work they did. Very poor customer service.

    In August my mother's property had a pipe rupture and we hired Quick Restore Tucson for the mitigation and restoration work. I can honestly say they have been the most unprofessional organization I have ever had to deal with. They stated they would be conducting work on set dates then not show up or call, missed multiple deadlines, were non communicative, and unreachable. When we pointed out some the damage the subcontractors did to the home, the responsible party made excuses and said there was nothing he could do about it. I strongly encourage others not to use Quick Restore Tucson for any of their mitigation or restoration needs.
