    Purchased **************** 2021 on January 17, 2023. Lifetime license for 1 PC. Wrong!!Had to reformat my hard drive when attempting to reinstall **************** 2021 I get the response invalid product key. I have tried relentlessly to contact the vendor. (several emails, website message, even FB messages.) No one will respond.

    Same as everyone else! I just got scammed by another company for something similar. So, I picked this software purchase out because they actually listed a **************** phone and email support address. And were listed as a BBB business. They seemed legitimate. But they did the same thing...took my money and never sent the product. They don't respond to phone or email. DO NOT buy anything from them...yet another phony company!

    They offer products that don't work and when they don't work they refuse to resolve the problem or give you a refund. They do not reply back to you in their online messages and if you try and call them the phone just rings. This company is a complete scam and I urge future customers not to buy any products from them.

    I ordered an Operating System disc on April 4th. I received an email on April 5th stating that my order shipped on April 5th, and gave me a tracking number for **** Today is April 8th, and the only information available from *** tracking is that a label was created on 4/5, but *** has not received the actual item for transport, I have emailed the vendor and politely asked for an update and asking that they verify that my item shipped. My email has been ignored. I sent another message through the customer support center, and have received no answer from that inquiry. I have tried to reach the vendor by phone, but it goes right to a recording, keeps you on hold for five minutes, and then dumps you into a message box. They do not return calls for messages left in the box. I wouldnt do business with these people again if they were the last vendor on earth. In the meantime, while they continue to ignore me, Im losing money a business for everyday my computer is not functional. Of course this is of no concern to the vendor who refuses to answer inquiries about whether or not my item has actually shipped! They got their money, evidently thats all they care about!

    My review is the same as the others below. We received a hard copy of Windows but no product key. The product key/activation code was supposed to be sent via a separate email. I left numerous voicemails, emails, and IMs. No response.Do not trust or use this company. They are not accredited with the BBB, and they are not a ********* Gold Partner.We are filing a complaint with the CA SOS.

    Same as all of the complaints below, I purchased AutoCAD LT with "professional installation" and was told I would be getting emails concerning the installation and licensing, 48 hours later i have received nothing, supposed "live" chat is not responding and customer service is not responding. Purchased with a debit card and bank has closed the card and is investigating and issuing a new card, I might get lucky, I recommend if you purchase a product and don't receive anything within a few hours contact your bank or credit card company immediately.

    Scam!! I received a disc (a pirated disc) but never received a key. I have tried contacting them several times but never a response! I should have researched better!
