    I agree with all the other comments. This company is a scam. I ordered a boxed version of a software product. They sent me a link.. I did not even try it. Who know what will happen?They responded right away when I was thinking of purchasing. Now they ignore all my emails, calls and attempts to chat on their website. I have asked **** for a refund.Do not deal with them..

    Fake Company. Sold ** FRAUDULENT Adobe Acrobat Pro Keys. Sent a link to download an illegally cracked copy of Adobe with a virus. Refused to send a refund and refused to assist. I knew this company was selling products at too good-to-be-true prices! We paid $500 for 4 Adobe Acrobat Pro Keys when normally one is $535.

    This company is a scam. I placed an order for the digital key for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. They took my money and never sent me the code. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times and received no response. My only option now is to contact my bank and dispute the charges. If you are considering ordering from this company, DON'T!

    I recently ordered and paid for a software package that, nowadays, most are cloud-based and require a key for activationno longer a physical product. I received the activation key to download onto my computer. On the home page of the product, I input the key that was provided to me via email. However, the username provided (DA12657) could not be changed, and the account (chabadeducationcom) that it was supposedly linked to was not mine. This is a fraudulent business, scamming individuals out of their hard-earned income, for no reason other than greed. No response via email, chat or telephone. They have logos of the BBB, ********** TrustPilot, etc. at the top of every page on their web site, but they are not accredited whatsoever with any of these entities.     I ordered and paid for **************** 21 pro+. I asked them to send the product key to download onto my new laptop that has windows 11. I received The product key and it failed. When i called for help the line is always busy and after 30 seconds you are transferred to their voice mail. I had left numerous voice messages and also sent emails to the support for shop software keys and did not get any response. DONT TRUST THIS SITE. No I am out $75.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS. I ordered an official physical copy of Windows 11 from Shop Software Keys LLC for $65, which was too good to be true in retrospect since all I received was a thumb drive in an envelope along with a bogus software key sent in an email. Numerous attempts through their chat bot, emails and voicemails have all gone unanswered. I had a sinking feeling along with my first phone call upon hearing what sounded like a **************************** to their voicemail. This company might be the most fraudulent one I've ever dealt with and it should be criminal for them having the BBB Accredited business logo on their site when they clearly aren't.

    Very ironic that the home page (***********************************) for this company shows logos for Trustpilot and BBB accredited. If you go to either one of those sites you will read horror stories about this company. If you have any firsthand experience with them, as have I, you will find that almost everything they claim they will do for customer satisfaction is precisely what they will NOT do. In my own case, I ordered Windows 10 instillation media and a software key for it. I never used the key because the media would not boot. (Yes, I know how to configure my computer. I installed Ubuntu without a problem.) I used their chat line to ask for help -- no response. I emailed them asking for assistance -- no response. I telephoned them and left a message -- no response. In the meantime, I have found a solution that does not use their product or their activation key. The redress I seek is full refund of order #*****.
