    This Shop Software Keys LLC is a scam. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 full lifetime (not student version) yesterday for a very low price of around $179.99 and they never sent me the keys. But their website says they will send the keys the same day. Before I ever purchased the software, I called and left a message the day before the purchase and they called me back to answer my questions. But since I have paid and placed the order yesterday, I have called and so far no one has returned my call and no response to my 2 emails asking for my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 keys. I will call the credit card company as soon as it is charged and eligible for asking for the refund back for the fraud.

    Transaction Date: 4/22/2024; Amont paid: $60.03; The business advertised their software to be compatible with ************** The program they sent me was not what I ordered: '*Please note that your order has been upgraded to **************** Professional 2021 for PC free of charge.' I downloaded the program they provided and found it was an .exe file which is not compatible with *************** it is for ******* machines. I followed the directions on their email to install, and it didn't work. I never used their Product Activation key so I qualify for a refund. According to them, *ONCE ACTIVATED ********* PRODUCTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE*. I attempted to contact the company on 4/23/2024 many times through their support email address and their phone number which I left multiple voicemails stating that I would like a refund. I have not been able to get a response from them.

    I purchased MS **** and they charged my card and sent me a bogus false download code. They don't answer calls or return messages. This company is a SCAM.

    On April 14, 2024, this company agreed to sell me a product key and send it to me by email within 30 minutes of purchase. It never happened. They charged my debit card and never sent the item. They then severed all communication with me. This company is obviously operating a criminal enterprise, as there are hundreds of complaints online from other consumers of this business doing the same thing. I have filed a formal complaint with the CA ************************* for their conduct.

    ShopSoftwareKeys.com failed to provide software download and will not answer phone calls nor emails on their support lines. Attempted multiple times but no luck. I thought this was a trustful site and if they are selling software as a 3rd party then whomever is the primary seller should not allow this.

    Last week, 2/23/24 I purchased some software and when I went to the website to download there were no instructions. When I call to get help no one ever answers the phone nor do they return messages.

    I placed an order and after realizing it would not arrive in time, I reached out to customer service to cancel it. No one has answered my calls or returned them. No one has responded to my ************** is no response through the chat option on the website. After reading hundreds of reviews, I realized this company is a scam. I will be reporting them to the *** and I am searching for individuals who would like to form a class action lawsuit.

    2/9/2024 Placed the order for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 key for the perpetual software. I never received the product I ordered. I attempted to contact their customer service and have not received any response. My only recourse is to contact my bank and dispute the charges.

    I bought MS **** 2021 for PC on Feb 6, ****, under Order #*****, and was supposed to receive download instructions via email within 30 minutes. I never received anything at all. I've tried reaching them by Chat, Phone, and Email with no response. I've left numerous messages with them with no callback. Absolute SCAM!

    1/30/24 tried to purchase a ********* license from them. Immediate download link was available. Attached is the file it allows me to download, which obviously has nothing to do with office.
